Customer Service! These guys and gals are just awesome. I bought a heavy duty aluminum hitch for my truck last year. Stored it in my heated garage over winter. Come spring I found the lock were the key is inserted had crusty white powder not allowing me to unlock. So I took the stem in after I had cut off the lock part. Didn't even have my receipt with me but they remembered me. Said they will order one in for me. Took my name and number. Thank you for backing up your products!!
