After spending over $600. for Richard to repair / replace parts on our water heater - three trips - the Gas Company has shut off the water heater because: ""Missing gasket around (new) pilot assembly (installed) & extra flames coming out which is an Abnormal Operating Condition for water heaters."" The Gas Company representative said more negative remarks. It was dangerous . The Gas Company representative said he felt so bad to see people like us getting ripped off for so much money. Richard is fast and effective ! He has a amazing personality ! He unclogged my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I don't trust any other plumber then RICHARDS R&R plumbing. Make sure you call him. There's another company with a similar name but it's not him so make sure it says Richards ""R&R Plumbing""

We at PIRCH in Glendale had a clogged urinal, we called Richards R&R plumbing and he responded within an hour.
He sent his number one journeyman plumber Johnny to do the repair, within minutes he was done, and we had called several other plumbers that wouldn't even come in an emergency, we give Richard and Johnny a 5+ and we continue to use him !!!!

I needed a plumber twice in the past 2 weeks. One for a leak in the bathroom faucet and another time to unclog an outdoor drain. These guys came on time and did a professional job both times. The price to fix and replace a part in the faucet was reasonable and the cost to fully clean out the outdoor drain was cheap. They do excellent work...I was referred to them by a friend and I have now referred them to one of my friends. I would give 6 Stars if I could.

They did a great job installing a seismic gas shut off valve. Very clean installation. Expensive but what can you expect. I called and left a message for a return call. I wanted to complement the young man that did the work. I never got a return call. Scares me that they did not return my call. If I had a problem, what would I do?

A neighbor recommended Richards R&R Plumbing to me. She is a very critical person, so I felt that if she said they were good, they must be. THEY ARE. Steven arrived within minutes of the appointment window time. He completed four separate jobs in less than two hours. One of the toilets that was repaired still would not shut off. Steve returned the next day and took care of the toilet. All the jobs were done to our complete satisfaction. The price was extremely reasonable. As Steve left on the second visit, he turned to me and said, ""We just want to make you happy and start our relationship with you and keep you as a customer."" Too bad other companies don't operate under the same credo.

Last week our landlord sent Richard to our home to investigate a stopped up pipe. Turns our there was a huge blockage of roots and dirt in the main line! Yuck! I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Richard, but my hubby spent a good 20 minutes recounting the visit and what a great guy Richard was. My hubby is not at all handy-man inclined, so he had a lot of questions for Richard about the problem, how he was fixing it, what we can do to prevent it from happeneing again etc.. My hubby said Richard was so awesome in answering all his questions and explaining everything to give him a great understanding of what was going on. He was super down to earth, clearly VERY experienced, as he identified the problem immediately and accomplished the job quickly. My hubby said he was also very careful not to leave any mess of pipe debri or anything. He even apologized multiple times to 'your wife' for having to mess up a few plants in order to get the pipe clearing thingy down the main line far enough to clear it. Somebody thought it was a good idea at some point to hide the main line access thing behind a flower bed. No worries about the plants-the're fine! Not having standing water in the shower and a toilet that flushes is far more important! Thank you so much, Richard, for coming to the rescue!
