Great place, great people and top quality products that they stand behind. Once you shop at Menards and Home Depot you'll realize the difference from their cheap plastic crap to what Richards supplies. I won't but from another one else. Their knowledge and products are second to none!

Ditto, worse service ever. Bought a part for hot water heater couldn't get the old one out so I wanted to return the part just purchased 2 hours prior. I was told ""All Cash Sales are Final, No Returns"". What kind of business model is that.

They never said that when I was looking to purchase this part. If they had I would have ordered off Amazon cheaper and had it here the next day and been able to return if needed.

Wish I could give them 0 stars!!

Worst service ever. They charged me double from the quote. They were rude when I questioned them about the additional charge. This occurred several years ago, but I am still upset.
