These guys did some work at a house I purchased in fall of 2018. The toilet they put in leaked dirty water from the first floor into my finished basement, damaging the ceiling and shorting out my smoke detector. They returned and fixed the toilet but did not fix the ceiling damage or replace the smoke detector that was destroyed, saying they would return later when it was more convenient. However, they never returned after several calls.

Second, the sink they repaired end up leaking. This caused water damage that required us to replace the cabinet under the sink. I did not call them for service since I did not want them working on my house any more.

The latest issue is the float switch on the sump pump they installed failed. This could be a fluke but when I called them to come out and fix it they did not return my call, voicemail, or email.

This might be the 3rd review I have ever written. I don't like to be negative. However, in this case I thought it was justified. They ended up costing me quite a bit of money and others should be warned. So much for buying local.
