Richard's Plumbing was awesome. I called and was able to get someone out very quickly and the service tech was Paul. He was super friendly and professional and really knew his stuff about plumbing. Could not have had a better experience! Well, unless it was free, but the price was great, so I'm very happy.

The individuals I interacted with were very polite, no problems on that end. My problem is that the estimate I received to replace 25"""" of PVC (main water line) from my house to the meter was for $750.00 ( i thought this was high but i understood that the line was close to roots) however, the final bill was for $980.00 (31% higher then the estimate). Having owned businesses I understand that estimates a educated guesses as to the cost but I never had an educated guess that ws 31% off.

Horrible experience even after being referred by a friend of the owner. Requested to have a toilet & shower head installed with our parts & a washer drain cleared. Came home to different parts being installed in our shower & a lame excuse as to why he could not fulfill our request. Was quoted a price that came in 10% higher when he was done & we still did not have what we requested. Went to leave for dinner & found our entire laundry room flooded due to their """"plumber"""" not reinserting the drain tube back into the drain pipe. That was day one. The next day they returned to correct what they messed up the first day & tried to charge us an additional 425$ for what was supposed to be already done. Upon completing that, their """"plumber"""" turned the water back on & flooded out master bedroom closet because apparently he failed to put glue on a fitting. To top it all off, I went to shower the next day & didn't have the pressure we were expecting. I removed the shower head & found the inside filled w/ debris from inside the line. I removed what appeared to be pebbles & plastic tape from inside the shower head & the pressure was acceptable. I would not recommend this company due to their incompetence, failure to apologize, trying to charge us again, & no offer of any kind to reimburse us for our time & frustration we went through due to their incompetence & unprofessional-ism. Should have just done it myself to start with. FOLLOW UP FROM RESPONSE FROM OWNER Tried to call them twice, both times put on hold & advised that someone would call me back shortly. NO CALL, NO RESPONSE. OBVIOUSLY JUST PUTTING ON A SHOW FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & CALL A PROFESSIONAL!!!

I went to Yelp to find a good plumber for the Bradenton/Palmetto area. I found and called Richards Plumbing. The office staff was wonderful. They were at my home within an hour or two... sooner than promised. David was my service tech. He repaired the problem. He was very professional, clean and gave excellent service. Problem Resolved! I would definitely use them and recommend them for your plumbing needs. I will also consider using them for Electric now since I now know they do that.

I call Richard's Plumbing because of the reviews I read, and was not disappointed. I had a very old toilet that was leaking and decided to replace it. The technician Paul3rd was very helpful and easy to talk to. He worked with me and offered good advice which helped me make my selection. He was in and out in a little over an hour, at a great price, which was lower than the estimate! Their services for plumbing and electrical is quite extensive, and I will call them again for any plumbing or Electrical needs.

Charlie was AWESOME during the time he was here at my Condo in River Strand. We became Great Friends, despite WYNDI, my 15 year Mini Dachshund BARKY so loud during the time Charlie was here! Such a SUPERSTAR, Charlie needed to Drive back to His HQ to get the necessary Part for my STROBE Light, that had blown out in my Kitchen! I have 4 that look the same. With 1 Blown Out, very little light left in my Kitchen! As an additional Favor, my Microwave Lights, had burnt out, so Charlie got 1 out, and stopped at my local Home Depot, and bought 2 of the same! So Charlie completed not just ONE Job for Me, but 2 Today! Such a Wonderful Professional, High Class Team Member, You Have In Charlie! Working With You On The Electrician Side! I Am So PROUD OF Charlie and Richard's Plumbing and Electric, Inc. It is wonderful dealing with a Company that hires Experienced Employees to do such Technical Jobs as Plumbing & Electricians! We installed a water heater, but the water heater was defective so we had to call reem customer service. It was leaking water. They recommend we call someone local and they will reimburse the fees. (Still waiting on that ) So we end up calling 4 others before calling them. They were super nice , very helpful. Honest and explain everything and gave us a choice to help us out. Transparent. We would definitely recommend this company . We had Paul but I'm pretty sure everyone there is nice. The came out the same day too. We were grateful .

Needed a leaky faucet replaced. They were very professional when I called. Also, made an effort to fit me in right away. Mitchell answered the service call. Mitchell was very efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the company. Absolutely would recommend.

I chose Richard to replace a broken water heater because they had good online reviews and a good reputation among longtime local residents. Beth in the office and Jeff who did the install we're both great to deal with. Their prices are competitive and the quality to me seemed top-notch. I will call them again for future projects and strongly recommend them.
