Total professionals! They have done a ton of work including the kitchen sink! . Additionally, they replaced a garbage disposal, fixed numerous leaks, a toilet handle and an oxidized hose, among others. They have always been easy to deal with, and I don't think this is a small feet in todays world

The last thing I want to do is give someone a negative review but I love my town and I'd like to share this honest experience with anyone looking for a plumber. We called Taylo Plumbing due to a simple plumbing issue we had at our store. The plumber comes out to take a look at the job. He discussed it with us but it looked like he wasn't confident he had the skill to complete the job so he told us that he was going to consult with his boss (Richard) and be back in 10 minutes. Not only did he not come back at all, we never even got a phone call telling us what was going on! He just kept us there hanging. We have a small business that relies on plumbing in order to operate. After 2 days of waiting, we contacted another local plumber who completed the job to our satisfaction in 2 hours. I would avoid them. There are many others.

Called Richard T. on Sat. to replace a water heater and left a message. He called me back on Sun. and offered to replace is that day but I suggested Monday morning. His team came on time and did a great job which Richard inspected.
