My brother recently used them and they were never on time and sometimes did not show up. When I received my bill I feel that they way overcharged me. I would definitely look elsewhere in the future and not recommend them.

I have had multiple experiences with this company and the pattern of poor communication, excessive billing and deplorable customer care leads me to this. On this last disappointing encounter, it took them over 2 months to follow up on a simple repair, even though they billed me upfront just to look at the job. After repeatedly chasing these guys down, and you can only ever reach their answering service, they finally completed the job and billed me again for material and labor. Materials and labor rates are premium and but customer service is an epic failure.

After a few horrible experiences with Richard Laughlin's plumbing company, I will never use his services again - and would warn anyone else against it!

I asked him to come to my house to diagnose a problem with my toilet. He didn't say anything about a fee for this, so I assumed it was a free estimate. Once he got to my house he completely took apart my toilet (without asking me!!), then charged me a service fee out of nowhere - having never informed me there would be a charge for the diagnosis.

I am appalled by how unprofessional his business practices are. He had multiple opportunities to give me estimates for costs, but failed to do so. I didn't know about any of the service charges until I received a bill in the mail, with exorbitant costs for everything.

After reading all the yelp reviews, Laughlin Plumbing does not need another 5-star review, but here it goes... I've been using Richard for years now. His company is first rate: very ethical and reliable. I would recommend highly.

Secondly, Deon is the Noritz Water Heater Master!!!

We have had multiple issues with the Noritz water heaters in this house because they were improperly installed by the crew that renovated this house a few years ago. Luckily for us, there is Deon.

He is always on time, polite, respectful and above all else, extremely knowledgable. Not only that, but he works very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this company and will be sticking with them!

Recently had these guys back out to replace a toilet. As always they were very responsive and showed up on time. Great work and some important info on the Toto we purchased. Two days later when a leak showed up they came right back and patched it up and gave us the info we needed to get the tank replaced for free. Thanks, guys!

After smelling gas, the Gas Co came out and discovered a big leak and shot our gas off and locked it!
We had to call a plumber to discover where since it wasn't readily apparent. It's now 2pm and our regular plumber is on a job and can't get away. So I went to Yelp and started reading reviews, I called Laughlin and Dion was there within 20 minutes. He had the leak identified and fixed in no time.

Dion representing the company showed a friendly and respectful attitude. He knew what he was doing and he did it. End of story. A pleasure

These guys are awesome! I've called them out a couple of times to fix a hot water heater and a garbage disposal unit. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable!!! I could not be happier with Laughlin Plumbing.

I called them because literally every sink in my apartment was hopelessly clogged. I was having a big party at my apartment in just two hours when I discovered that none of my sinks were draining. I called Laughlin and asked if they could send someone right away. In less than an hour a plumber arrived. He was friendly and overall a really cool guy who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 20 minutes! I never really thought I would be this enthusiastic about a plumbing business but I am just that impressed. I will be using them whenever I have any plumbing issues.
