I've been using him (and his brother) for 30 years. That should say something about how highly I think of him. He's a nice, knowledgeable guy. He came when he said he would and promptly fixed the furnace problem, which turned out to be an electrical problem: a burnt out transformer. He has also done some major work for me: replacing leaky radiant heat with baseboard heat.

I never dealt with this company before, but based on the Yelp review I made the call. I could not be more pleased I did. Mr. Koeppel answered his phone on the first call (a rarity these days), and was very polite and easy to deal with.

After a brief discussion, and texting a photo of the issue (kitchen sink leak) he provided an estimate, confirmed when he'd be here, and that was that.

A short time later he arrived, repaired the issue, confirmed all was working, explained it all to me, charged me the low end of the estimate, and wished me a good day.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Outstanding!
