He had his helpers install black pipe from my pool heater to my generator, and to my range.- maybe 60' total, and took less than a day. They messed up, and when I called to ask him to call me see why my range wouldn't light, and the pipes were making noise, some young female answered and told me- rudely, that he doesn't call ppl back on his cell phone, and he was gone. I would have to wait till next week (I had my stove installed Friday morning, and called when I turned it on)! I told her this is gas, and could be dangerous, but she didn't care. She refused to call him and have him call me back. I called the ppl that installed my propane tank, and they said it sounded like the stove was getting too high a flow, and it could blow up, or catch fire, and the plumber should have known better. I again tried to get Richard Holt on tge phone, telling them what I was told, and she said well, I can put you on the schedule for next week. I hung up. I ended up calling the propane company back and having them come out for an additional couple hundred dollars after paying Richard Holt Plumbing about $4000+. I don't know if he's buddies with the people that he's done a good job for, he's since become uncaring, or what the situation is there, but he sure isn't a good plumber nowadays. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Just Wow!! Hi my name is Shannon and I just had to leave a review for this company; especially concerning the two technicians that came out Jeffrey and Philip. Let me tell you I have NEVER EVER had such amazing people in my home. ..not even from larger named companies. These men were professional, kind, organized and respectful. Not only that these men were efficient!!!
I am grateful and pleased as punch!! These wonderful people felt more like family than a plumbing company and yes I hugged them for such an excellent job. Thank you guys again for being genuine vessels of God.

Had a tub in the master bath that when draining water was flowing out from under a toilet in the hall bathroom. The two young men, Josh and Jacob, accessed the problem and got it draining properly after getting on the roof and snaking the line. They also repaired the master bath toilet that was leaking. They were very professional and polite. First time using this plumbing service, but it won't be the last time. And the price was very reasonable and I liked the fact that I received an itemized statement of services and parts. Plumbers I have used in the past never did that.

Best ever, not only are they extremely professional and do great work they are people that treat you how you would like to be treated. We have had so many problems and issues with an old property we purchased and then some con men came in from Gladewater and made it worse. Holt Plumbing has responded promptly every time we have needed them, including emergencies, they fixed the problem and have been so considerate of us, it restores your faith in how people do business today. They are such a blessing I think the Lord led me to them!

We had 1 toilet stopped up and the other 2 leaking water all over the floors. Called them to see if we could get someone out. To my surprise they could come out the same day, actually came within the next hour!! The lady who answered the phone was very professional and gave a courtesy call before they came out. They walked up and automatically knew what the issue was. They got in and had everything fixed within 15mins! Great customer service & very professional. Will recommend them to anyone!

Very quick response. Reasonably priced and the guys that cleared my drain were personable and professional at the same time. They educated me and did not even try to sell me on "extra" stuff I "needed." I will for sure be using them again for some projects I have in mind.
