One call to Rich about a water softener and expansion tank was all it took. He returned my call immediately and after describing the problem, he said I'll be there tomorrow!! That's usually not the type of service these days. This man runs a 5 star business with quality and reliability. His services were excellent! Actually deserves a solid 6 star rating. Thank you, Rich!!

he was available to come the same day. he quoted me a price to replace well. the quote seemed reasonable compared to others. I should have asked for it in writing. once he arrived here, he ran into all sorts of problems installing it that was ""out of his control"". during the whole process he didn't discuss what fixing these problem would cost. he needed to call another person to help fix the issue. needless to say, i ended up paying more than double. it was definitely a bad mistake on my part to not ask for the quote in writing or a contract of services.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. He told me because we had no water he would fit me in that day. They arrived when he said they would. They were polite, professional, and informative. My problem was a broken wire in my well. After pulling the pump and finding the problem, he laid out my options, but did not up sell me. I elected to just fix what was broken, and his charge was very reasonable. I'm totally happy with how things went and I'd absolutely both use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Awesome. Middle to end of winter with lots of snow on the ground plus 6 inches of NEW snow. Methodical troubleshooting...bad wire to an old pump. Well over 300 feet. Job was done by the end of the day in miserable weather. Rich is a great guy. Price was reasonable. Very Professional would recommend over others in the area.
