Walter Rich, a Master Plumber, and his partner started this family business in Muskegon, Michigan. Now, the business is led by Darlene Rich Hornak, Walter's daughter, and her grandson, Mike Hornak.

Since her youth, Darlene has immersed herself in the business, gaining knowledge about her father's operations. Today, she plays a vital role at the parts counter, helping DIY customers solve their plumbing issues.
