These plumbers were fair and honest people. The master plumber Mary explained everything really well and they preformed a complete over-haul of our pipes within one day They we're by far the cheapest and did excellent work.

We had a good experience with this company before. Came and did a nice job for a reasonable price. Called them again for a small job and they were a no call no show. Finally hours after the appointment got in touch with them and game them another chance. They came and gave an estimate that was 3 times as much as the company we ended up having fix the issue.

Spoke with Mary on 11/8 and she scheduled for 4:00. She showed up at 5:15 and was unable to get the machine into my house alone. Rescheduled for noon on 11/9. Called NUMEROUS times from 2 - 6 pm with no response.

1/20/17 My mother had another company come to clean out the lines in the house with sinks and floor drains backing up. First call was $300 and did not fix, came back next day and wanted additional $225 for sink cleanout, they didn't fix and left a huge mess to boot. To say the least she was very stressed.

Contacted Rice and they were out within an hour, fixed the issue and even mopped the floors. Extremely nice and I cannot say enough for how they treated my mother. She called me so pleased and relieved things were working well. Thank you folks VERY much!!
