David and his crew are the best. Communicative, fast responses, friendly, and they explain everything they're doing. I have had a major house reconstruction after a leak, and RPS has done everything at my house from re-piping, moving a water line for my kitchen under the slab foundation, installing a main water shutoff, installing toilets, kitchen plumbing, and fixing a gas line mistake made by another contractor. Of all the workers I've had at my house over the past 6 months, RPS stands out for their work quality and customer service. Due to old plumbing, I've used about 6 or 7 different plumbing companies over the years, and RPS is by far the best. They also take all COVID precautions and clean up after all work. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber and use them exclusively in the future.

Nice employees (person on the phone and two plumbers who came to my house). I ordered the heater myself, paid to have it delivered, and drained the old one myself. I thought I was going to save some money by doing these things. Caveat emptor. It took the tech about 2 hours to put my new water heater in, and I paid just barely under one thousand dollars. No discount at all for my saving them time and effort. I'd love a job that paid ME that much, but I don't know if I would be able to respect myself...

1. They gave me a 2:30pm-4:30pm window - they called at 2pm and said we can come by early (BONUS) (Oh and I had called them at 8pm the night before)!!!!

Edit - I forgot to mention China who took my call at 8pm the evening before. Simply awesome........How many plumbers can you call at 8pm to come out the next day? Think about that!!!!

Used RPS a couple times, this last visit was tub waste assembly replacement, new valve to fix tub to shower water pressure, and new tub faucet fixtures etc. It looks good, works well, and appreciate their patience and expectation setting while I tried to coordinate with another company that only does tub refinishing. I saw David initially and worked the most with Jonothan and Thomas. Appreciate the thorough explanations, cost quoting, and review of the crawlspace etc. as part of scoping. Only note, if you are coordinating with a separate non-plumbing company, don't mix the emails. The other company attachments somehow filter your emails out so I had to call the mainline to get back in touch and figure out why no one was replying lol. Anyway they are great though.

I needed my sewer line replaced. Never a fun prospect. I've used R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services for a few small jobs and was very pleased with their work. Joseph and his crew did a great job with the sewer line also. Very professional and conscientious about Covid protection. I will use them again in the future.

I used them in January for a faucet replacement. They did such a good job, when my washing machine drain pipe started to backup I called them again. This time Thomas did the work. He explained to me what he was doing and why. He did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Top 3 plumbers ever: Mario, Luigi, and David (from RPS plumbing)

We originally called them as our water had a smell to it. They came out, inspected our pipes, and ultimately we needed to have the house fully re-pipped (the house had original pipes from 1968 still). A big undertaking and one I know nothing about, but David walked me through everything, including showing me the inside of our current pipes (EWW!). His team were professional, always wore masks and kept the inside of our house clean, worked quick and neatly, and did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the work they did and can actually notice a difference with our water once they were done.

David, and his team were excellent and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small.

I stepped into the garage today and smelled gas coming out of the water heater. I called RPS and in less than an hour Tim showed up at our place. Within 10 min he had diagnosed where the leak was, determined the parts he would need and provided an estimate for the cost of repairs. We agreed to proceed with the repairs and about 15 min later he was done with the work. He was polite, safe (wore a mask and kept his distance) and amazingly efficient. I could not have asked for more. Tim - you set the service standard today my friend. Thank you and thank you RPS.

I called RPS on 09-25-20 for a low water pressure situation and corrosion on my pipes and the ball joint connections. David came out that afternoon and we discussed what repairs needed to be done. David quickly determined the low pressure was being caused by my water softener. He also found that the previous plumber I used a few years ago connected some of the copper pipes with galvanized metal fittings which was causing the corrosion. Maybe I was just lucky, but he was able to do the repairs the next morning, Saturday the 26th. Saturday he came out at 9:30 am with Josh and they began the work. They showed me all the piping that was almost completely blocked by the corrosion as they did the repairs. David and Josh were very informative explaining everything they were doing and why. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. There was no additional cost for doing the work on Saturday and the price was very reasonable.I will definitely use RPS Ribbs Premier Services again and I will ask to have David and Josh come out and do the work.
