Needed my toilet repaired and chose RPS Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing from Angie's List. Jordan called me to let me know he was on the way, came and evaluated the situation then made the repairs efficiently and neatly. He explained everything up front, told me what would be needed and then handled it all efficiently and neatly, he even caulked around the bottom (which hadn't been done when the toilet was installed). Jordan sent my very detailed receipt by email as I requested and even took photos of the new parts when they were in place. The receipt explained everything in great detail, which I found very useful. I'll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing issues.

Very disappointed in this service. The Tech who came out to diagnose my water heater issue immediately jumped to sell me a new water heater versus lead with the option of repair. Didn't seem knowledgeable and did excessive follow up. I went with another company who offered a repair solution and was straight forward. Would not recommend these guys. Sketchy.

These guys are thorough professionals. On time and delivered as promised. All the folks I talked to at this company had positive and friendly attitude. Jesse was the one assigned to the my job and he did a great job. He explained issues he ran into but never complained and cleaned up nicely after the job. My go to company for plumbing needs now!

I purposed a special from Aggies list for $79.00 towards $200.00 plumbing services. David and Ernie show up .They were up front and honest about the problems .They were very restful and professional within my house .The even did a couple of extra things because they right there. They left to go get parts and returned in a reasonable period of time .They did find another problem and explain that they were expected someplace else so they sent someone else out to fix it the second problem. He arrived in a short period of time and fix the problem. Nice and friendly and professional. I so appreciate honest clean professionals . I would highly recommend this company. Thank you !

David and Ernie did an excellent job installing a new gas line for our pool heater. They were personable and professional and made sure to explain everything throughout the installation process. They did everything up to code so that we passed inspection when the new gas line was complete. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process from start to finish because they always kept my husband and I in the loop as they performed their work. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They are a fantastic family ran business and it definitely shows with how they handle their customers with care. Thanks again guys! We'll call you guys when we have more work to do on our house in the future!!!

R.P.S is a good plumbing company which are honest, professional and most importantly have great customer service. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, he is very enthusiastic, hardworking and has a very positive attitude.Jordan took the trouble to do a free inspection of the plumbing and sewer line in the crawl space, which I am glad he did as there were a fewvproblem spots discovered which required fixing.
They aren't the cheapest price wise, but does quality work and have great warranty on work done.
Work done: replace garbage disposal unit, replace leaky exterior faucet with new copper pipe and new shut off valve and replace and repair leaking toilet outlet area.

Update 1/3/17: Great service again by Dave, Ernie and Brandon! They replaced the faucet and handles for the shower in my bathroom this time, quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the service this company provides.

We had just had a new refrigerator delivered and they could not hook up our water because we had the wrong hoop up. I called Dave and within 30 mins Jacob was here to save the day. He gave us an estimate, went to grab some lunch to sustain him and came back for the challenge of his day. Living in an old Willow Glen home he had to reconfigure and be creative trying to make things work. He did an amazing job. Once he finally had it fixed he found that the delivery guys did not connect the water lines correctly and he fixed that for us too. What an amazing guy and great company to work with!!!

We recently had to have our pipes replaced on our duplex where we live. We did our homework on trying to find the right company to do the job, we reached out to a few companies and the company that stood out was R.P. S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing. The reason for choosing them was their professionalism, detail to work that would be completed and fair price. During the initial appointment to take a look at our place and generate a quote David called to confirm when he would be there and called the day of the appointment with a 30 minute window that he was on his way. After the first appointment he emailed the quote and once we moved forward with them doing the work David contacted us to introduce the crew that would work at our place so we would know who would be showing up during the time frame they would be there to complete the work.
Once they started working, the crew made sure that all areas were going to be worked on were properly covered/protected so there was not damage to any of those areas. The crew would always knock and ask if they could come in if doors were closed, they ware are very polite and friendly. Each day of work that was completed all areas where they worked would be meticulously cleaned, even the outside of the house. David would provide detailed information of what was completed that day and what would be worked on the next day, we had many questions along the way and David was patient and detailed with his answers, we never felt like we were asking a silly question.
Once all they work was completed the triple checked everything they did to make sure there were no leaks or any issued after they left. Although the process was long and inconvenient David and his crew always made sure we had basic plumbing throughout the day. They were very considerate towards our needs and we felt they had our best interest. Lastly we were most impressed by the way David treats his crew, he made sure they had water and the few times I was there during lunch time he took them out to lunch or treated them with treats from the ice cream trucks that passed by our place. We feel very lucky to have found them, we would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you David and crew for all of your hard work, we wish you success in all you do!!!

R.P.S did a great job when I called them for a sewage clog at my home. It turned out to be a big deal as my main line was clogged in the front yard. David provided top of the line services with high end material to get the job done. I will definitely call them again.
