I called them for a toilet leak. They diagnosed it to an uneven floor. I paid $1400 to get the floor redone. The leak persisted. The diagnosis was incorrect. I called them to come and check it out. They set up an appointment but they never came. Won't be using them again.

I noticed that the toilet in my guest bathroom at my home had a slow leak last week. We tried to replace the wax ring and flange ourselves by watching YouTube videos which was a huge mistake and created more problems. I did a search on yelp and found R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services which had excellent reviews and called for someone to come out. I also noticed that their location was literally across the street from my home which was a big plus and made an appointment at my earliest convenience when I could schedule time off to be home from work.

The morning of my appointment, Patrick arrived right on time. When he came out the first time, he indicated that because we had created more of a problem, they might have to cut the floor and replace the pipes, dry wall, etc. and would very expensive. I was stressing out! He then called David to come by and ask his views if there was something they could do to avoid having to cut through the drywall, etc.

After reevaluating the problem, Patrick and Ernie returned in the afternoon and was able to fix the problem without having to do any damage to the floor. (Thank goodness!) It did take a few hours, but it was well worth it rather than having to cut down the floor, etc.

After they did what they had to do, they noticed the toilet actually had to be replaced because the ceramic had a slow leak through a crack. I went ahead and bought a new toilet, and Ernie came by to install it a week later (due to my work schedule) which works perfectly.

Next time, I'll make sure to call them rather than trying to fix the plumbing problems ourselves. I truly recommend Patrick and Ernie of R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services. Not only did they do a great job, but are also very professional, friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable of their work.

Update to my previous review. Bernadette personally called me to assess the situation and apologized repeatedly for what happened and offered me refund in full. She said the tech will be receiving additional training and that has taken place. At no point in time during our conversation she ever questioned my feeling of what happened and listened attentively. I can appreciate a company that admits and make amends to their mistake and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. It goes a long way of earning customers trust and RPS has done that exceptionally well. I can feel confident their ability to resolve your issue

Patrick, the tech, showed up on time to my appointment and helped with the leak in my house. Professionally suggested different options and pricing was fair. They have a great Yelp deal going on right now, so take advantage of it if you have a big repair. I would recommend them!

My kitchen sink was clogged so I tried Drano as well as snaking it ourselves but it still didn't do the trick. I was skeptical about getting a plumber out for a minimal job, but I'm glad I did!

I contacted RPS through Yelp and they were great at responding and answering my questions. I booked the appointment for the next day. Something I greatly appreciated was the office calls you when the technician is on the way. Joseph was the technician that came out to assess and complete the job. He even wore booties without me having to request it!! :) Definitely friendly and professional.

Always great to know there is a plumbing service nearby I can call for future issues!

We had some major safety issues with my water heater which was incorrectly installed by another contractor. My colleague recommend me David, gave him a call and he came the very next morning to inspect. He was very dedicated and he inspected my whole house plumbing rather than just the heater hookups.

In a few days David, Ernie & Patrick were at my place with all the supplies. Half way through David figured out that a few concealed pipes started rusting and he didn't want to leave it like that. The original timeline got stretched by a day and David was kind enough to reschedule another appointment to ensure that he completed the job he already started. Also he accommodated my requests to fix my washer dryer hook ups as well as install my new water purifier.

David, Ernie and Patrick were very dedicated and knew exactly what they are doing. David ensures that he explains every detail so that we understand what they were doing. These guys know exactly what to do and how to get it done.

I'll definitely go with David and team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Best plumbing experience ever. It started from the moment making the appointment. Bernadette scheduled the appointment around my schedule.

She gave a 2 hour window and called to let me know when the crew was on the way. The plumbers that came out were great, David and Ernie. They wore protective covers and used a mat to make sure not to make any mess.

David and Ernie were both very professional, friendly and truly nice guys.

Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend Ribbs Premiere Service RPS.

A simple yelp review does not allow me to express the level of gratitude I have for R.P.S. plumbing!!!! From my first interaction w/ them via phone to my in-person experience w the technician has been nothing short of amazing. The technician assigned to my job, Joseph demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. From the start, he was extremely responsive, informative and helpful! Not to mention he was super patient with me as I am not very well versed in this plumbing business! He helped me resolve my plumbing issues as well as educated me on how to prevent this problem in the future. These people are the real deal! I'd give them (Specifically Joseph) 10 starts if I could!
