Michaela A.Tip: when buying a new home and the sellers purchase a new furnace as part of closing conditions the warranty does NOT transfer over to new home owner and they do not stand by the fact that it is ONE month old and I am the new home owner. Now the sellers have to call and set up an apt to repair my furnace should something happen.
The one positive was the woman that answered the phone when I called to voice my concern. She couldn't do anything but she was sincere and did her job.
