Our cooktop was out. I called Richard in the morning and he showed up with his son Nathan in the afternoon. Since our cooktop was so old and beyond repair, Richard suggested we get a new one. He and Nathan worked really hard trying to get one for me. He finally got one for me after numerous calls. He went to picked it up for me and installed that evening. He and Nathan spent over 5 hours and finally got the job done. I really appreciated he resolved my problem the same day I called him. I can't thank him enough that we have a new cooktop to use right a way.

Our main water line busted on a Sunday, we are fairly new to the area, so we asked our neighbors if they knew of a good plumber they could recommend. We were given two names and also called Home Advisor. Richard was first to call back and gave us the best pricing out of the three. He had a prior commitment but promised to come back and work on our issue. He came with his crew, ready to work. His team was courteous, professional and kept us informed. When they were finished, they left the area looking so nice, you couldn't even tell the had to dig up a trench. It has been a week and no issues. We will be using his service in the future without hesitation. Thank you Richard.

This review is long overdue. Richard is the ""guy"" right for the job!! Anything that has to do with plumbing and I found out electrical. Just look at that face!! You can tell he's truly honest.
The main pipe to my house was leaking from old age (what do you expect when galvanize piping is used?). I had a deadline to get it done. I was looking possibly at $4k to $5k for redoing my plumbing in copper. Called all the major plumbing companies. Richard even gave me an estimate and was less expensive.
When I finally decided to go with Richard, he and his partner (I forgot his name-also a great guy- Richard and his partner have a wealth of knowledge together-two heads are better than one!). And thank Goodness I hired both of them bc the 4-5k only turned out to be $490.00 job!!
After they both breached through the ground, they sourced the leak at an elbow connection and the rest of the piping to the house was perfectly fine. They said that they just need to replace the connection and installed a new valve.
Richard and his partner is worth the deal one stays at the site and analyzes the situation and while Richard goes out and buys all the necessary materials and that ultimately saves you time and money. Richard and his other partner had worked for the union and worked on job sites for years and decided to start their own company. These guys are legit!!
I originally hired Richards plumbing to do a whole job to replace the plumbing with copper bc we didn't know how bad the leak was. Most big plumbing companies probably wouldn't be upfront to tell you that the leak was localized in one part of the area and have you replace the whole thing and have you pay $5k. Not Richard....nope. He told me the good news and told me that I would be charged an hourly rate instead. His hourly rate for the two of them is an awesome deal!! Can't beat $490.00!!
They cleaned up after they were done and I couldn't be left so so grateful to them!! You're paying them directly not to a company so there's that immediate savings right there. He insured his work and I'm a grateful customer.
I have Richards plumbing saved on my contacts so if there's anything else I need done like electrical or more plumbing, you know whom I'll be calling?!!

5 Stars all the way. Honest, affordable and communication on point. I called RICHARD on Saturday for some plumbing issues we had at our home. He came out the same day to fix the problem, even went above and beyond to help me install a couple other things. I will definitely be referring him to anyone who needs work in their home.
