Oh my goodness!
The owner, Richard, of RHS Plumbing and Drains (Richard's Home Service) has been and is my HERO!

One notable time was on Christmas last year. My house was flooding because a child of a guest flushed something down the toilet.
EVERYTHING was backing up!
What a nightmare because it was when most of the dinner guests were arriving!!

I called RHS and Richard answered the phone. I told him the problem in a panic!

The next thing I know, in less than an hour, he's at my door, ready to help me!!!

Richard was so sympathetic, kind, and so professional.
He understood my problem and my dire need because guests were arriving to my dinner party and he rushed to fix it.
He was so courteous to my guests as he passed through the rooms.

He soon appeared, and he completely fixed the multiple issues!!

He left everything so clean and tidy that you would have never known that there was any type of repair going on.
I just couldn't thank him enough!

I call him 'Superman' because he certainly saved the night and even was a Star amongst my guests!

I've called upon him several times thereafter to help me.

I just wanted to share my experiences.
There's no one better, I assure you!

Richard was referred by a friend. I called him and they came out the next day....responsive and responsible. He was able to find out the leaking issues and what caused it when other plumbers couldn't. Unclogged the drains till it's working. Price is reasonable for the amount of time and work father and son put in. Our week started with a sour evening. Cleaning up after everyone had eaten, it turned out that both kitchen sinks were clogged. After a couple of hours trying to fix the problem ourselves, we decided to call Richard's Home Service. For our emergency, we needed help the next morning. Richard and his son were able to come out an early decent time. They fixed both sink drains, a cracked drain strainer and flushed out the outside drain. Richard and his son Nate were very professional and quick, and they did quality work. We highly recommend Richard's Home Service.

We had a reoccurring plumbing issue where the toilet was leaking and the shower/bath drains were not draining. We called RHS a after hours and they were actually able to come that same night. This is my first time posting a review on Yelp reason why is because its well deserved, Richard is very professional and will solve your problem. Brief summary of what happened, the toilet in our building got clogged we reported to management they sent a guy who couldn't fix it then they suggested to send out another guy who supposedly was an expert that had all the equipment needed, he had us open our business 3 hours earlier for him to never show up or even call, so I decided to get a plumber on my own since it was an emergency. I called Richard he was there next morning, turns out the problem we had was bigger than just a clogged toilet. You can tell they really are professionals they had a lot of equipment and cameras. Richard and his son worked for hours and got it fixed. I highly recommend this business!

I am not one to leave reviews but Richard's Home Service (RHS) Plumbing &Drains merits me taking the time to write this review. Today we had a sudden plumbing emergency and had no idea who to call. Luck suddenly was on our side when I found RHS number on a local FB group page. I called Richard and he and his son were able to come and work on my home's plumbing issue. Richard and his son are both hardworking men who take the time to explain the problem and possible solutions thoroughly. Richard and his son were professional , honest and really want to help resolve your plumbing situation. It's not everyday that you encounter service people who are genuinely interested in helping you out and who are also considerate of providing lasting repairs. I appreciated RHS authenticity and straightforwardness when informing me of my home's problems and the necessary service to resolve my home's plumbing problems. RHS has fair prices, are knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend their business.

We had a mainline plumbing issue and contacted Richard he came as soon as possible which was really nice. Him and his son did a good job and explained to us exactly what the issue was and even gave after care tips with the exact supplies to use and where to purchase them.
