Thy T.I contacted these guys to install a new water heater and fix a leak. After a bumpy start, I called them and they set an appointment for the next day. The plumber came out and gave me the no nonsense explanation. I was wanting to go to a tankless system but he showed me how expensive it was and after doing the math I opted to just go with a replacement tank. On the day of installation they were promptly on time and in no time at all I had a fixed leak and a new water heater :)
