Recommended Customer Reviews
I would highly recommend Rhoads Water Systems. Came home after a long vacation and had no water pressure. After calling several Companies that, couldn't get to the job or wanted to replace my entire system, I received a call back from Rhoads (I had left a message early in the AM before business hours). They scheduled a service call the same day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. The repairman was efficient and answered all my questions and made reasonable suggestions without trying to sell me on a new system. When the time comes for an upgrade, I will definitely use Rhoads.
I give this small business ONE star because the gentlemen that have come to our home have been very polite and kind. Other than that....find a different place fast! Their ""secretary"" is THE rudest person. Terrible customer service. She did not want to deal with our warranty company as she was ""too busy with 17 other phone calls"" and ""they aren't worried about payment because the customer pays them, not the warrant company"". Had not a care in the world that we were concerned with getting some type of reimbursement for a $2000 fix (our water pump for our well broke and we were without water for 2+ days). In the end, they charged us $100 extra ($50 for each phone call they had to make to our warrant company) on top of the $2000 for the well pump (all the while knowing we were only going to be getting a $400 reimbursement check for this from our warrant company). HAPPY HOLIDAYS. Rude rude rude. Not a care in the world about the customer. So sad. GO TO ANYONE ELSE.
Karla B.This was our third time working with these folks. They did a great job for us everytime! We needed to replace our toilet and had no problem getting an appointment to fit our schedule. The afternoon before our appointment we discovered our replacement toilet would not fit. When we called to cancel our appointment, the phone operator asked us a few questions about our bathroom and what we were looking for. They were able to get us a new toilet for our scheduled appointment!
They arrived on time, with a toilet that fit perfectly and matched the rest of the fixtures as well. They were in and out in no time at all and they even took our old toilet away for us!
This company has absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Have you ever said ""how's it going, did you just get here?"" to someone and they respond ""look, it's even a stretch for me to even be here today""? I have! Not only is their customer service the worst, but their service in general is just as bad. We had a UV light ""installed"" in our well over a year ago, but it truly wasn't. It was discovered that the light wasn't even fully installed and plugged in, which was found by another plumber coming to check a separate issue. To have purchased a $700+ system to rid our well of dangerous bacteria OVER a year ago
, to NOT have it even finished, was a HUGE shock. What was even more of a surprise was when we reached out to the secretary and she was combative in a circumstance where their inadequacies were clearly the cause.
