Once again....we had Boltz and tech Carl out to service our needs...I swear we have the furnace from the devil always breaking down but they help us out so much with all of our issues AND they see things that help us prevent future issues and take care of them as needed asap! I can't ask for a better place of service than Vincent Boltz. I have had them out for AC\Furnace needs and Plumbing needs and I have never been disappointed in the company and the techs work. This is the best place ever for HVAC and Plumbing needs and I thank the previous homeowners for leaving us with Boltz's company name as our previous service company was not good for us. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Boltz and how wonderful they have been for servicing us with everything AND this includes the friendly staff on the phones answering all our calls....Anna! THANK YOU for everything! I wish you guys did more like electrical work and everything handyman too lol! Also I am happy with all the techs but Carl is just absolutely the best so friendly and knowledgeable so helpful answers all my questions and does so with all my cats in the way each time he comes! Arrival is always on time and usually early they work very fast and get the job done correctly each time! They clean up after their work and take old parts with them so very nice to not have to clean up after them very refreshing! Pricing is just amazing and never have to worry about that very awesome! We usually always get a tech in that day or within a day which is great because our furnace always goes down when it is 90 for AC or 20 when furnace lol! Thanks again for everything!!!! I know with this company around I never have to worry again about anything HVAC or Plumbing that goes wrong with my home!

Late season residential AC failure. We have an 18-year-old unit and recognize we are close to end of life. In this case however it was a simple change of capacitor and cleaning. Our technician John is TOP NOTCH. Friendly, respectful, polite, knowledgeable and hard working. His professional and affable demeanor show that he is a true craftsman and customer focused. Anna the dispatcher is friendly and helpful and sent our tech earlier than expected, which was perfect as we reached mid day 90s with brutal humidity.

We've never been concerned by the pricing as it is fair and what you would expect to pay for this service in our region. Despite the family owned company being sold to Rhoads Energy, the fast and friendly and professional response with fair pricing, among other things, are the hallmarks of what the business was and will continue to be with the staff they have.
