We have an older home(1933) and have been doing updates. The final bathroom update was to install a new sink and finish running pecks to all three fixtures. The estimate was done promptly, they scheduled to make it convenient for our schedule and their work is better than expected. Everyone from the start to the finish handled our upgrade with great care. We would recommend Rhinos Pluming to anyone that wants quality work and professional care.

I've used Rhino's Plumbing & HVAC twice now. Both times the technicians that performed service were extremely helpful, professional, personable and overall just nice people! My most recent was service was re-installing the gas line to my new stove that the ""big box"" store I purchased from installed incorrectly. Not only did they recognize the personal impact of a non-functional stove has on a family; they were able to prioritize and have a technician out the same day! He evaluated the situation, explained why he was going to do the things he did, and further explained along the way each decision point and why he performed each step the way he did. I was very impressed! Not only do I now have a fully functioning stove, but I definitely learned a lot and feel more confident in my house-maintenance awareness in general! Will definitely use Rhino's Plumbing & HVAC in the future and would gladly reccomend them to anyone!

Rhinos Plumbing is the business to use for your plumbing needs. I discovered Ryan a year ago who, when I had a leak, and he came out right away to assess the problem. Other businesses I called before him were not willing to come and assess my problem for weeks.
Ryan is an honest business man with integrity and I would trust him with any of my plumbing needs. He does a great job and if there are any hiccups along the way, he makes sure they are addressed and that you are happy with the finished job.

Rhino plumbing, which is a newer Battle Creek business, has won my business and will now be my go to plumber. I am so happy I discovered them.

I couldn't use my regular plumber because they were booked ten days out. When I called Rhino, they were able to work me in quickly.

I spoke on the phone with the Rhino Plumbing's owner Ryan. Ryan is well organized, communicates very clearly, and really listens. He evaluated what I needed and gave me an estimate for having the work done.

The Rhino plumber who came out (Randy?) was prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was also courteous. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the result. I have had no additional problems with that situation.

As I mentioned, this is a newer business in Battle Creek. Give em a try. I'm glad I did. I think you will be too

We suddenly had water leaking from a basement sink. Called Rhinos and Ryan came out quickly & diagnosed the issue. He ordered the new pump and his guys installed it the next day when the part came in. In addition. he suspected that we had another issue and recommended a drain cleaning service to make sure that everything OK on that front. We had them out and he was right! So we prevented another issue in the near future thanks to Ryan's experience and expertise.
The installers from Rhino's Plumbing were prompt and professional and got the new pump installed in no time. When they left, they made sure that everything was working properly and cleaned up. The total bill was very reasonable and we sure appreciated such quality work at a great price. Their customer service is top notch! I would most highly recommend Rhino's Plumbing.

Ryan came out and looked at a unique plumbing and tile repair on Christmas Eve morning, and after figuring out that the majority of work should be with a tile professional (only 5% of the work would likely require his plumbing expertise) he referred me to a reputable and trustworthy tile guy and still didn't charge for the visit and assessment. I would highly recommend Ryan at Rhino Plumbing for your plumbing needs and will be calling him again when I have future business for him!

Great service, very reasonable pricing for emergency repair. I would highly recommend you call them big or small projects. Was honest about pricing, showed price list of all parts being used and charged the amount on invoice. I will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing project.
