Rhino Plumbing are excellent. It's great to use a local family run business. Father and Son, Tim and Timmy were brilliant. They arrived on time, explained everything, gave a great price and were super professional. We had a large job that involved a few visits and these guys always worked around my schedule and worked hard to find the most cost effective solutions for us. They even managed to teach me a few things to save myself money in the future. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough - if you need honest, hardworking professionals use Rhino = I will definitely be calling them again.

They overcharge and act like they are doing you a great service. They came to fix a leaky shower faucet. When they were 30 minutes late, I called them and their attitude was like ""we get there when we get there"". They charged $230 to replace my shower faucets for 10 minutes of work. Now, I get it that if they are there for 10 minutes or 59 minutes, they charge for the full hour. I don't think that's right, but it is what it is. The overcharge is this: I priced the parts they used (low end) at Lowes and I could by them for $45. SO 230 - 45 = $185/hr. Most plumbers (in Ventura CA) charge $90 to $120 per hour. I'll never use these guys again.

Extremely impressed, were able to fit me in the next day. Very polite and professional, listened to problem and knocked out the problem. Have suggestions on plumbing issues. Best of all it's a father and some business, always support small local businesses. Definitely will be called again for any issues.

I called Tim on a Sunday evening to schedule a repair for a rusted out cast iron flange on my toilet. Tim responded Monday morning at 8 am and was at my house performing the repair by 9 am. Tim was quick, kind, and courteous. He recognized that although he had a part that would get the job done, there was a better flange that would do the job right. He went and pick up the deep set flange and had the repair done quickly. I highly recommend Rhino plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
