Plumbing problems never occur at convenient time. That was case for us on a weekend. We had a leaked in our water heater. Reiner came out right away and patched the leak and advised that it would probably need to be replaced soon. We asked them to move forward with a replacement. They gave us the options. We have pretty hard water in West Des Moines and it causes water tanks to have a shorter life span. With all of that explained, we made our choice and the found a unit to install that day. They were thoughtful to keep the home clean, they took no chances that could damage something. It was that attention to detail that separates their service and work. Ed and Michele Brown

Plumber arrived ahead of schedule, replaced ring on toilet, which no longer leaks, and to add to the efficiency, when I consulted him about another problem which I had not the tool to resolve, he fetched that tool from his truck and fixed the worry. Very considerate.

I had a clogged kitchen drain in which I called Wayne Rhiner Plumbing. The service was fast, and technician was very courteous. My drain was unclogged and the cost was reasonable. If i could, I would give 10 stars and highly recommend this company!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We almost had tens of thousands of dollars of damage due to this company's work. They had to come out a second time to fix their employees poor work and in doing so created an even bigger issue where they did put glue on the shower drain pipe. Worst of all, they won't come back out until paid in full and have threatened us with filing a lien on our property. They expect full payment for unfinished work. I have never in my years experienced such I professionalism from a company. I would avoid this company at all costs.
