They are friendly and professional, but you need to stay on top of the details. Shower was installed badly, but they came back out to fix/reposition the shower. They did install the wrong shower, but it was close to the same style as our other shower. They almost installed the wrong bar faucet, but I stayed on top of it so they installed the right one. It almost seemed like an annoyance when getting them to double check the shower fixtures, but the correct ones got installed. This was just my experience.

We knew that our water heater was on its last leg but weren't completely prepared for what was to come when it bit the dust. We had to turn off the main water supply to the whole house due to the shutoff valves not budging, thus we had standing water in the room where it resides.

Thankfully when I called RHD, they were able to come out the next day and replace it and he put in new shutoff valves where needed.

The service guy was super nice and answered all of my questions!

I never know who's the right company to call but had seen an RHD vehicle in my neighborhood right around that time so I figured I'd give them a call. So happy that I did! I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our well pump, so we called RHD. They came out and we were called and told we needed a new well pump. I told him I would think about it and call him back after I had someone else also look at it. I called him back and he said it was fixed, just needed primed. Great! I go to see the work and see my outside valve had been cut and capped, without me knowing. 6 weeks later we get a price gouging bill and no answer on why they cut my outside hose access.

Dina the CEO emailed and said ""we offer great customer service!"" The people were nice, but the job was not.

If you want friendly fine; I want a job well done also and they failed to do that.

We've used RHD for multiple projects at our house, both big and small (anything from a full bathroom addition to a dishwasher install). They are able to schedule quickly and always show up promptly. Their employees are always polite and helpful with any questions we have. Will always use RHD for our plumbing needs!

Excellent service and job, but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. Sent a invoice after more than a month with a ""PAST DUE"" and labor charges for 3.5 hours of work, which was actually 1 hour of work. They corrected it to 1.5 hours, but the whole experience with the charges disappointed after nice work the team actually did .

RHD was our plumbing subcontractor on our new home construction. They were great to work with throughout the entire process.They were there when they said they would be and completed everything as described. Our home took a long time to complete (due to no fault of RHD's), and they were there with us through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend using them for your project.

No way I will ever go back,I had a water filter installed, a simple water filter, I asked for an estimate and was provided 1 hour to 1.5 hours of labor.. During the call, the plumber did not seem familiar, then I caught him listening to a book on tape in my driveway. I informed the company, but no help was provided, just that they would look into it. Then a month later I receive an invoice for over 900.00 dollars... I called and questioned the invoice, noted the estimate and that their plumber was not at my home that long, nor did all of the time he spend at my home be for install... I paid them for 3 hours, noting this was twice their estimate and more than fair since they would not return my calls../ 3 months later I receive a letter that if not paid, going to collections.... so now, I have to pay an invoice for labor that was never worked or my credit is ruined. great to know that is how small business works these days to make a profit.
