Rafael never showed up. I was told he will call me when he's on his way. After taking the day off and waiting all day, Never got a call. I called 4 times and all I got was a voicemail.

I called Rh plumbing with a plumbing issue in my bathroom ,they came out on a Saturday but he charged me extra for the service call $185.00, he called it overtime because it was a weekend. And I didn't have a problem paying for that because I work Monday through Friday so weekend is the only time I can schedule. The window of time he gave me was from 10 to 12pm , his plumber arrived at 12:08 pm which is fine I was in no hurry to go anywhere. His plumber was very courteous and told me what my problem was and said that they would call me back for an estimate. Well his plumber was there I did ask him to remove the hair clot out of my shower, I figured I was paying $185 might as well get them to do some thing. I never heard back from them ,so by Thursday I tried calling and Rafael answered and said he'd call me back in five minutes , never heard back from him again. I've use this company in the past but needless to say I won't be using them ever again.

Apparently this company likes to employ people who don't know basic road safety! Going 65+ when we're nowhere near a freeway is going to end up hurting someone and also leaving people with a terrible impression of the company. Call a plumber who won't cause an accident or kill someone on the way!

I had a leak in upstairs shower that was leaking into drywall in family room and needed to have the leak repaired ASAP! I contacted RH Plumbing and spoke with Raphael and explained the problem. He said he would have someone at my home within 30 to 45 minutes. I was very impressed when Jose arrived in 20 minutes. Jose was able to complete and fix the problem in a very short amount of time. He was very professional and when he left he cleaned the area in which he had worked so that no one would ever know he had been working in or near the bathroom, it was that clean.

I will most definitely use RH Plumbing for any and all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend them and will refer them to any friends or family who are need of their services in the future.

I have used Rafael & RH Plumbing for many many years now for both personal use and I have referred him out to many of my clients. I have watched him grow from the very beginning! I could see why his business has grown so much because he and his team do excellent work. I have never ever had to call them back after a job was completed. Also Rafael or his office answers really quick and comes out either that day or makes an appointment for service with you. I would recommend RH plumbing to anyone who asks for plumbing service!

R&H Plumbing just saved us $17,851.00. That's right. I dumped a bunch of carrot peels down the drain and didn't switch the garbage disposal on quickly enough, plugging up drain. My husband tried undoing my damage with a snake the next day, but he gave up and called a plumber. Not R&H, but a competitor. (Husband didn't remember the name, didn't want to bug me at work, figured it was an easy job any pro could easily handle.) BUT, said competitor comes out and wants to dig up our yard and replace all our pipes for $18,000. Said he couldn't unplug our kitchen drain unless Husband signed a contract (as if anyone would spend this kind of $$ without multiple opinions and quotes). Anyway, Husband is a smart dude. He calls me, I call R&H, and within 2 hours a plumber is at our house. Fifteen minutes later, drain running again. R&H ROCKS! They've never steered us wrong since we began using them in 2012.

Great service! We recently moved into our new house and had a few things we wanted fixed. Raphael was recommended to me by our contractor and I called him right away. Their guys arrived the next day, on time, and do quality work. I had the main water shut off to the house replaced and other copper pipe valves replaced in the kitchen. They do quality/clean work. I'll be using them next time for sure!

RH did excellent work! Rafael and his team are all wonderful to work with. They did a lot of plumbing in our remodeled bathroom, and ran copper plumbing in our secondary bath to move valve to the right side where I wanted it. Everything was fine very clean! Rafael always was available and helped us out tremendously. He even came back to swap out our tub spout because the one we chose was not functional in our tub. They just were amazing!! Thank you!
