Clean, efficient, quick!
We had an issue with one of our pipes and they came out within 24 hours and resolved the issue very quickly. When it comes to plumbing problems you really are looking at 3 items: 1) can someone get here in a timely manner; 2) can they resolve the issue quickly and 3) correctly. They checked all the boxes. I have been using RGS plumbing for 15 years. Back then, the father was my plumber. He installed a hot water tank in my condo, a water filter and dish washer. Now the son is our building's plumber of choice. His entire team is knowledgable. They replaced the hot water return pipes in our building which were old and constantly leaked. I have used them for small and large projects. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Just like the other reviewers Gilbert was assigned to us by our home warranty provider to replace our water heater. Even after coming to our house and seeing the old heater (and serial number), twice he ordered the wrong replacement heater, not the right height or heating element. Then he tells us he'll come on Sat to do the installation if he can get the part from his supplier but he can't provide a time or any kind of window. So I clear my schedule for the day and send two texts the day of requesting an update, one around 10am, again around noon and then an hour later leave a VM message. No response. I just want to know if he's coming so I know whether or not I need to stay home all day. Finally I call again around 3:30, he answers and it's obvious from his tone that he dropped the ball. So rather than apologize and try to address the situation he starts shouting, becoming combative and argumentative. After that exchange it's clear this is not someone I'm comfortable letting into my home so I tell him we'll make other arrangements.

Just like the other reviewers, I had RGS Plumbing assigned to me from American Home Warranty on Saturday. Spoke to Rooben on Monday, April 29, 2019 for him to show up today, Wednesday, May 1 between 8a-10a. I tried Rooben at 8:30a to get a status update on his arrival and the call went to voicemail. I also texted with no response.

I guess this is RGS's & American Home Warranty modus operandi.

They assign you a plumber who has NO INTENTION of ever showing up. So I had sewage and dirt sitting in my lower bathroom for three extra unnecessary days since RGS Plumbing was never going to show.

Don't waste your effort with either party - they are both worthless!!

Referred to RGS through First American Home Warranty. I was scheduled to have them come by to fix a garbage disposal and they just never showed up, no call to let me know or even to reschedule. I shouldn't be surprised given how bad of a company First American is, but just fyi in case you get scheduled with them, this should be expected.

These guys were great. We had a terrible experience with another plumbing company (1st Class Plumbing) sent out by our home warranty. When we demanded another option they sent these guys and we couldn't have been happier. They were polite and did the job quickly and efficiently.
