Call a more professional, reliable and kinder company that actually answers the phone, shows up for an appointment, need I go on? No, I wasted enough time on Robert and his so-called staff.

Hell to the NO . Elderly relative was overcharged big time when their furnace broke down. They did NOT wear a mask!! Gave no estimate before proceeding ( HUGE RED FLAG ) UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL to take advantage of someone claiming it was an emergency call but the first guy that came out didn't have the part so the job wasn't completed til 24 after the call.. hence NO EMERGENCY.

Apparently they were erroneously guided by the reviews on Angies list (FAKE REVIEWS PAID FOR BY BUSINESS OWNERS)which mean all the 5 star reviews are either bogus or suspect at least.

Don't get taken!!

Do yourself a favor and really do your research and homework before you hire HVAC people because they are all categorical scum bags I can assure you!

They never called and didn't show up for an appointment I had made a week before hand and gave two stories as to why. I scheduled an appointment the following week. The next day someone showed up at my house with out anyone there. The following week the technician showed up close to 4 o'clock. The job they did was lack luster at best. They said the furnace had an efficiency rating of 70% but the took the readings before the barometric vent and they put the wrong nozzle in the boiler.

Figured the cost of parts for tub faucets and drain and shut off valves, turns out they are charging me about 840.00 for about 3 hrs labor. Parts only cost about 163. ""Estimate "" was 1005.

Left message online the night my water heater went. Got a call back the next morning. It was replaced, old one hauled away and site cleaned up by 1:30PM.

They came out and looked at my problem within 10 minutes and gave me a estimate. My sewer line got replaced the next day. Exceptional service and reasonable prices.

I called RG White this morning around 8:30 AM. I told him I had some water leaking under my boiler, but everything seems to be running just fine. They were at my house, resolve the issue, and out the door before 10:30 AM. Overall great experience, will call again in the future.

RG White HVAC & Plumbing cane to our house on a 6 degree Saturday and fixed our inoperable furnace that Saturday. We are so grateful for an honest company who stayed in contact with us from the time we called until the time when the fix was completed. We'd never done business with RG White before, yet they treated us like an old friend. Thank you for restoring warmth to our home.

I'm really sorry I have to post a bad review. They seemed great. Family owned. Religious. Nice. But I had a horrible experience with this company. I saw a recommendation on Facebook raving about this hvac company so I thought I would give them a shot. I called them because our outside heating unit was not working just our inside unit. They came right out. They said the control board was not working along with a bad contactor. Simple fix. Great. $400 later. Later that evening I find that the outside unit won't even shut off now. My thermostat wouldn't even shut the system off. Something was wrong. I called them back. Again they came right away. Great! They said because he didn't check something first that it fried our thermostat. His fault he stated. Ugh. Ok. He also said the wiring out to the outside unit was not properly protected. Okay. He said if we buy a new thermostat he would come back and put the thermostat in for free then fix the wiring for free since he caused the frying and owed us a thermostat. Great! Totally fine with that. More than patient this whole time. I order the smart thermostat we originally had. Christmas goes by. After Christmas we give him a call to come back out. Now we had below normal frigid temperatures recently. Gave him a call on a Monday or Tuesday and he said he was very busy since the weather and is fixing frozen/broken pipes under many trailers in the area and he would call us Thursday or friday to squeeze us in. He stated he was good for his word. No problem. Understandable. We just had like -10 degrees. Thursday comes and goes. Friday comes and goes. Saturday we call again. He says to be patient and he is still very busy. You told a customer you would call them. Now those freezing temps were only for 2 days. Now we had a very mild spell even hitting 60 one day. Now it is getting concerning. He never once scheduled us in. Pushing us off for now three weeks. We called once a week. Not every day. We have been more than patient. He says he will call us. I have a feeling he is not going to be coming. Is he really busy? Is it bc now he owes us and has to do work for free? He can't be that busy. I just called another competitor and they scheduled me right away. There are too many hvac companies out there to be too busy for an existing customer. Your ""word"" means nothing. Thank you and never will I recommend or use RG White again. Beware!
