I had a broken pipe. they sent out 2 people a rookie and a journeyman. They didn't have to do anything but fix a 1.5"" PVC pipe, I had it dug up and cleaned up so it would be easy for them. The journeyman watched the rookie fix the pipe once, waited for 45 min, and pressure tested leaks. So they tell me that they will have to go to town for parts, I told them that I have the parts. so they took the parts and the rookie tries again, looks like it will hold. they don't even cover the hole up. I was wondering if I was going to get hit for 2 people showing up, and low and behold i got hit for journeyman time and apprentice time of 5 hours each and then they had the nerve to charge me for my own flippin parts. So they dicked around doing about 1/2 hr worth of work but billed me for the 5 hrs per individual and charged me for my parts. When brought up to the office manager she says she will find out from the plumbers, well they conveniently have no recollection of any of this taking place and they charge me full rate. Now 4.5 months have passed and the fix is broken again and they officially suck. i will do it myself

We had quite the list of updates and upgrades that needed to be done with our electrical. Travis and Rob spent all day here tackling everything we threw at them; they got it all done. Very satisfied with all the work they did; they'll be back to wire my hot tub in February.

I am so pleased with R.G. Smith, I needed electrical AND plumbing done to install a washer and dryer on the second floor of my condo. The condo had not been plumbed for washer/dryer when it was built, so there was a lot to organize and schedule, but they did it in record time. They were friendly, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Special thanks to Rhonda who kept things on track. I am very happy, thanks to all!

We wanted to get our new gas range installed two weeks before Thanksgiving but discovered our old range only used 240V and the new range required 120V. Calling around-typical available appointments were 4-6 weeks out! RG Smith was the only electrical contractor of four that I called that was able to ""sneak"" us in! Ben quickly installed the new circuit and the rest is history! Thanksgiving was saved!!

Excellent service, good value. At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, with dinner guests coming, I discovered that my water heater was leaking in 2 places. I called RG Smith, and Rhonda had a plumber at my house by 5:15. He brought a water heater on his truck. He quickly confirmed that my water heater needed to be replaced, and he had the job done by 6:30 pm. I wasn't charged overtime. I'm an established customer, which might have made a difference--but there's a reason I return to RG Smith.
