Rick picked up right away when I called regarding a leak in my kitchen faucet hose. He explained in detail what my options were, as well as the pros and cons of each, and stayed in touch with me throughout the day while I made a decision. Despite the company's full schedule, he was able to send Jaren over that same day. Jaren called when he was on his way (something I really appreciate) and did a great job with the new faucet installation. I felt that with both Rick and Jaren I was working with knowledgeable and trustworthy people who truly want to provide good service.

Rick and his team did an amazing job installing our water softener system. We had forgot to do the rough install for the water softer during the building process, and Rick was able to fix it and install the new system quickly. Doesn't hurt that his pricing was much better than others we had talked with. I'd highly recommend him for any needs, I will definitely be calling him to do the plumbing when we finish our basement.

I had called American home shield and they sent or G plumbing and rooter out to replace a hot water heater for me. After they told me that I needed a permit to change out a hot water heater, the additional charges that they were going to charge me were nearly $2000 which is about a $1000 higher than any other plumber of ever come across. These people are criminal and I would absolutely run as far the other way as possible
