Rich is the worst. I will never use this service. Very inconsiderate. Tells you he is coming never shows up or calls. He could care less about his customers. I used him a couple of times before . Never again will I use him. He does not know what he is doing he just changes parts hoping it fixes the problem.i had to.pay multiple times for a problem he keep changing parts.do you self a favor and stay away from this company. How he stays in business . His just amazing!!?

Recommend NOT to use! No show 7 times paid for 2 jobs and never showed to finish other part of the job! No response to calls, texts or emails, unprofessional.

Rich completely no called and no showed to finish a job he already started. I was so shocked. Wouldn't return our calls, we had to get another company to come and finish what they never did.

Horrible service. Stay away from. Many other reliable and professional companies out there. I'm so mad I can't even type out the entire story. But the owner Rich or Richie is not pleasant to deal with and used profanity like a sailor. He gave my husband a few things that could be wrong with our central air but had no real solutions to fix the problem. And gave us a ridiculous quote. After meeting him we decided to call 2 other companies and got the job done that day for almost half the cost that ""Richie"" tried to charge us. Stay in the gym ""Ritchie"", dealing with the public and fixing AC and plumbing isn't in your future.

Had a new boiler and water softener installed in 2022. Rich said he would replace one ball valve,the pressure regulator and check valve. He did not change them. The water softener discharge hose is leaking. Rich set-up an appointment to finish the job and did not show up, not even a phone call to let me know he was not going to show up. This was the second time he did not show up for appointments. Called twice to reschedule another day to have the job finished, and no call back. Had to get another company to complete the job that Rich was supposed to do. Would not recommend if you do not have the time to wait for a no show, and not get the work completed.

We put in a new furnace with RG Plumbing in 2018 and they did not install all parts properly. They just put foil over duct rather than replace the part necessary. In March 2021 our thermostat wasn't working so they came to put a new one in. It never worked for air conditioning and now doesn't work for heat in Nov 2021. We have called numerous times to have it fixed with NO response from them! Now I'm having another company fix what they didn't finish properly in the first place - no wonder they don't call back. Now we have to spend $544 to fix what SHOULD have been part of the $5,000 we spent to put in the new system in 2018. I want a refund from RG Plumbing. Beware! I do not recommend.

We got a great deal on a great heating system.
It was unseasonably warm when they replaced our boiler. They came right over to bleed air out of our lines when it got cold and they fixed a leaky water heater pipe at no charge.
I am so glad we picked them to replace our boiler and will use them for all of our future plumbing needs!
