LEO did an amazing and professional job of installing a new air conditioning unit in our Raymond Rd condo. Good pricing and excellent service. Leo installed a new pad, leveled it, gave us thorough instructions after install on how to maintain the unit. Very very pleased. If you need a new a/c you can rely on this company. (Ps they all did take away of all refuse and old equipment.)

My water heater began to leak. I called RG just before closing, and there was someone at my door at 9:30 the following morning. The very knowledgeable technician diagnosed the problem, gave me information about its status (it needs replacing, but it's not an emergency) and sent information about its replacement within an hour of leaving my home. It's wonderful to be working with a company that leaves me feeling confident and well-served.

Our A/C went out on Friday and the weekend was the hottest most humid one so far this year. I called Friday around 4pm, we had a tech out here at 8am on Monday (we thought we could make it through the weekend - but we ended up staying at my in-laws instead because it was too hot for our 3 month old son). The tech was here on time - even a little early - and was very professional. We found out we'd need a new unit, and Brandon was able to get us on the schedule first thing on Tuesday morning. The installer (Stephen) was on time again (early), wore a mask the whole time even in our steamy house (which is incredibly important for us since we have an infant), got the install done before lunch-time, AND walked us through all of the questions we had regarding our new system. We will never go to another HVAC company for anything. RG has knocked it out of the park any time we have ever needed anything and they are incredible to work with. This kind of service is hard to find, but I am so thankful that we did.

Keep up the great work RG. You guys are life-savers!

I recently needed to replace my complete HVAC system and couldn't be happier with the service and work performed by RG.

I had a few different companies come out to quote the new system for me and Brandon S. with RG was the only one that I felt like actually cared about what was best for me and my home. He was professional, explained things extremely well, and answered all of my questions. He did not just try to sell me the biggest and baddest system, instead he educated me so that I could make the right decision.

On the day of the install, Brandon H. and Brant showed up right on time. They were very friendly, worked efficiently and got everything installed and cleaned up. They thoroughly explained to me the ins and outs of my new system and any maintenance I need to do.

In the end, RG has great quality products, awesome service (shout out to Kelsey in the office for getting Brandon S. out the same day I called), and trustworthy professionals. On top of it all, they are a locally owned and operated small business!

We were given a quote on the cost of a new furnace that included a discount of $400 and told that we could apply for financing. After the furnace was installed, we got a bill that did not reflect the discount. After calling and talking to the company, they reported that in the fine print, we wouldn't get the discount if we applied for the financing. First of all, we never received the document that had that in the fine print and second of all, even if we had gotten that document, it's probably just good business to mention that part to customers. Definitely disappointed when they didn't make it right and just offered to let us cancel our application for financing to get the discount...with a 2.5% charge for using a credit card. Would NOT recommend using this company for their poor communication skills.

I was contacted by the owner who apologized and offered a free cleaning/inspection in the future for the miscommunication.

Highly recommend!

I called at 8pm on a Saturday night because our air conditioner was not working on a 90 degree day. A real person answered the phone and offered some helpful troubleshooting suggestions over-the-phone (which we had already tried from googling), so they sent out a tech. Our air conditioner was running again before 9pm. They have excellent customer service. I can't believe how quickly our tech Bob responded and fixed our blown capacitor. We were very grateful for such speedy service on a Saturday night to keep our family safe and comfortable in the heat.

RG Heating came to my house and addressed the issue, but the cost is alarming (mark-up on part was excessive). I even called the owner to ask for more explanation and was effectively told their rates are right. I called two others and found RG to be higher and less transparent. I am left feeling they took advantage of me and they feel OK about that.

What happened: I have two zones in my home and the damper that switches/opens and closes which zone get's heat quit working. They came to the house and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly (~12 minutes). They had the part in the truck (very nice) and was able to fix it right away. The quote to me was that that the part was ~$240 (I forget the exact amount). I trusted them to be reasonable and authorized the install, but while he was instilling I googled the part number and found it to be less than $100 (ranged from $82-94). Because I was surprised the mark-up on the part was this much, I questioned the bill. It also included a $59.95 service call (relatively reasonable) which should have covered part of their time. You can do the math and figure out if you think the mark-up on the part was excessive. It is said to include labor and their warrantee (will never use). For me, this is excessive and feels they are taking advantage of me. I went to them because they were local, but in the future I will avoid them. I've had a few different houses over 20+ years so this was not my first time using a company but still a surprise.

You can decide for yourself but I wish I would have had more facts about other's experiences before using them.

We recently had our furnace go out during this winter 2017/2018 arctic blast...I called just before 7AM on a Friday before a holiday, a real person answered the phone, and they had a tech out to our house by 7:20am, and the furnace part was replaced and installed by 7:30am. Runs like a charm...thank you RG Heating!

Excellent customer service, friendly/knowledgeable repair staff, and a very fair price! I highly recommend RG Heating & Air Conditioning!

Greg (owner) and his team are incredibly professional and have provided us with excellent service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Rg to anyone needing awesome, honest attention to heating and AC issues. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
