I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs. I had a leaky shower valve and a loose lavatory faucet that a couple of handyman services tried to tighten only to come loose again. RG England was prompt, professional, neat, and their price was fair. I am very pleased with their services and so glad I found them. I will definitely use them again.

What a life saver this company is! For the first time I used a zip it snake drain because the water from my bathroom sink was always draining slowly. I mistakenly didn't remove the top drain part and the snake got stuck! I was so worried and I decided to look for a plumber on yelp. The manager Robert immediately contacted me and we were able to solve the problem over the phone. Wow! He knew what he was talking about and he was very patient with me. Water heater broke down right before the holiday and I couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock. Called around on a Sunday to try to find a plumber and everyone either did not pick up, had to order the part, or wanted the price of the water heater to come out and fix it. I called RG England and Rob answered right away. He was willing to check on the part first thing in the morning and found it. He sent Tyler out to our house within an hour of opening shop and got the problem solved in a short amount of time. Rob was very easy to contact via text and Tyler was clean cut, polite and knew what he was doing. I will not hesitate to call or recommend RG England in the future. Thank you!

I broke my washing machine's cold water copper valve on Saturday morning and had to shut off all the water in the house. I called my regular plumber, and they wouldn't come unless I accepted paying them double time. So, I found these guys on yelp, spoke with Rob, explained the problem, and sent him some images. He gave me a fair quote for an emergency same day repair and had Tyler come out in less than three hours. We were really impressed with Tyler's professionalism and he did a fantastic job! More than I actually expected to be done. We will definitely use RG England plumbing again.

I was very happy with the gentleman that came out to fix a clogged sink, drain and dishwasher. He was thorough and fixed the job quickly. He had a great attitude and didn't act like he was doing me a favor (like some others). I will call you again for plumbing needs.

Friendly, nice, quick response and quick turn around by the guy who came out.
They had good reviews so I called them.

But after they came out and spent a lot of time snaking multiple drains etc, They had us remove a toilet to save the $250 fee toilet removal fee.(it takes less than 5 min to remove a toilet (2 bolts, 1 hose)) the plumber left to take something to another plumber, and then came back and tried snaking another drain at our office, our problem was not fixed. They charged us $265 for their troubleshooting... and wanted us to pay them and additional $150+ to cut into the dry wall and add I believe he said a flush out... Then we would also have to pay someone to repair the wall.

Our handy man later that night used a shop vac and vacuumed out the sink that was not draining properly. He puled out a lot debris in the drain and now it works fine. Not sure why the plumber would not troubleshoot the sink that was having the draining problem instead of removing the toilet next to it and snaking from further up the line...

I called and spoke to the owner on this, and he said not to worry about the bills. I was shocked... He is working hard to keep the customers happy. Thank you.

Called them in a bind. My other plumber forgot to move up the shower head by about 6"" and my tile guys were on site - so I could lath/scratch with shower head in the location of the shower head as is - which I didn't want - OR - try to call 15 plumbers and see if one would come out immediately.

8 plumbers in - RG England agreed to come right over and move up the shower head to save me. Tile guys could continue their work and great plumbing job completed by RG. Trustworthy guys, clean and timely. Use them!
