It's not often that you get to say that calling a plumber was a great experience, but that's what today was. My hot water heater went out, and the pilot light wouldn't relight. I called RG to see if they could help, and he called GE for me to see if the heater was under warranty (it wasn't) and gave me options. He spent about 30 minutes texting back and forth with me, asking for pictures of the heater, calling GE. When I mentioned that my spa also didn't heat, he realized that my gas somehow shut off at the earthquake shut off valve. Once I reset it, the water heater fired right up. And I didn't have to pay a cent. RG didn't try to make a house visit just to get a fee. He walked me through it all on the phone, saved me some money, and helped me learn a new trick. Will definitely be calling him for my future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Our drains backed up last night and the water from my washing machine filled the kitchen sink and wouldn't hardly drain. I called Robert this morning and he said he could be out later in the afternoon. He arrived around 1:30 and had the drains snaked and cleared in less than an hour.

So yesterday the Gas Company decided to comb my neighborhood and look for possible leaks. They found an extremely small leak on my meter and shut off my gas at 6:00 at night. I called Rob and he came over first thing this morning, got it fixed in a couple hours, charged my a very fair price and now I have hot water again. I will definitely call Rob in the future.

Rob was referred to me by a fellow plumber from a different area. He did not disappoint! Rob was able to find some difficult to procure fixtures for our shower. He had it restored to its former glory once the parts arrived.
Rob was also able to do a tricky retrofit in our kitchen and showed some ingenuity in the process. Next time we need a plumber I hope Rob is available to help us as he did with our current project!

Rob came out to check a toilet that was not flushing properly. Firstly, I love that he prefers to work via Text Messages. Scheduled an appt with him and he showed up right on time. Very professional, and answered all my questions that I had with no attitude no matter how simple they were. Replaced some internal parts and ran an auger to clear up some stuff. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone and will keep his number handy for future plumbing needs.
