I was very happy with the gentleman that came out to fix a clogged sink, drain and dishwasher. He was thorough and fixed the job quickly. He had a great attitude and didn't act like he was doing me a favor (like some others). I will call you again for plumbing needs.

Friendly, nice, quick response and quick turn around by the guy who came out.
They had good reviews so I called them.

But after they came out and spent a lot of time snaking multiple drains etc, They had us remove a toilet to save the $250 fee toilet removal fee.(it takes less than 5 min to remove a toilet (2 bolts, 1 hose)) the plumber left to take something to another plumber, and then came back and tried snaking another drain at our office, our problem was not fixed. They charged us $265 for their troubleshooting... and wanted us to pay them and additional $150+ to cut into the dry wall and add I believe he said a flush out... Then we would also have to pay someone to repair the wall.

Our handy man later that night used a shop vac and vacuumed out the sink that was not draining properly. He puled out a lot debris in the drain and now it works fine. Not sure why the plumber would not troubleshoot the sink that was having the draining problem instead of removing the toilet next to it and snaking from further up the line...

I called and spoke to the owner on this, and he said not to worry about the bills. I was shocked... He is working hard to keep the customers happy. Thank you.

Called them in a bind. My other plumber forgot to move up the shower head by about 6"" and my tile guys were on site - so I could lath/scratch with shower head in the location of the shower head as is - which I didn't want - OR - try to call 15 plumbers and see if one would come out immediately.

8 plumbers in - RG England agreed to come right over and move up the shower head to save me. Tile guys could continue their work and great plumbing job completed by RG. Trustworthy guys, clean and timely. Use them!

I called Rob after reading his Yelp reviews, and my experience was consistent with how other customers described him. I had a non-emergency plumbing issue and he said he'd fit me in over the next few days between his more urgent appointments. Within three days he came over, fixed my toilet issues, and did a quick inspection of all my plumbing to give me an idea of what other problems could be lurking. He didn't make extra work for himself and told me my house was in good shape. I like that he has you text him pictures of your problem area so he can make sure he has the correct equipment when he arrives, rather than having to leave and come back some other time. I will definitely call him with future plumbing needs.

Called Robert this morning regarding my plumbing problem. He arrived at my home within one hour. What was first thought to be a snake of my kitchen line, turned out requiring he change out some old cast iron plumbing. He did part of the job & then had to leave for another appointment. He said he'd be back within 2 hours & was right on time again. He did a wonderful job & I couldn't be happier with his service. He was professional & very reasonable. I won't hesitate to call him for all my plumbing needs.

Very happy with this company. I had a vanity and toilet that needed to be pulled out in my guest bath. I was having the entire bathroom re-textured. I was in a time crunch. I called Robert and he came out the same day to take care of everything for me. I could tell he was a bit reluctant but I explained my situation and he came out. I really really appreciated that. I was going to have him come back and do other things for me but those issues were actually covered by my home warranty. But next time I have a plumbing issue he will be the first guy I call. Thank you Robert, you're awesome!

Our water heater went cold - on a Friday of course - and I called several local plumbers, most of which could only come by Monday, and one of which did not service my brand of water heater. I never got a call back from a couple of plumbers, but RG called back promptly.

RG England asked me to send them photos of the water heater and control box using my phone, and they were able to narrow down the problem to one of two things. They came out on Saturday and replaced the thermocouple, which solved the problem. It was a $190 fix which seemed reasonable for a Saturday service call.

Others have already mentioned Rob's attention to detail, and I got see it firsthand when we had a hot water leak in our slab. He rerouted the pipe, just dealing with the specific issue instead of trying to sell us on a full repipe like another firm we had talked to. Very responsive, conscientious, and cleans up after himself.

After he finished the repair I mentioned there were a couple of other issues I'd like him to look at so he offered to walk the house with me. In general his approach is if it ain't broke, don't fix it... he was not trying to sell me stuff just to get the bill up. We will definitely be calling him again.
