We needed a line unclogged ASAP. Reza answered his phone (unlike the other services I called) and scheduled a visit for just an hour later. He got us fixed, gave us helpful advice for avoiding a recurrence, issued a warranty, and cleaned up. Pleasant to work with, and good rates. I'll definitely call him again if we have another plumbing emergency.

Wow... an honest plumber... I called RF to help me fix my bathroom sink drain... I had been working on it for a couple hours the night before and in a last minute attempt I used drain cleaner to see if it would make any difference.

When he arrived the drain was functioning properly and rather than just run a snake through and charge me he told me he wouldn't do anything right now gave me some tips about avoiding clogs in the future and didn't charge me anything. I will definitely call him for my next project!

My kitchen sink was kind of clogged and it did not drain. I spend some time trying to fix the issue by myself but failed. Then I got Reza contacted, who responded me very fast and kept answering my questions timely. He also worked late which perfectly matched my schedule. His work is very professional and fast. Today, on Sunday, my main drain was completely blocked. Could not use any bathrooms or kitchen sink. Just 5 days prior to that Roto Rooter had come and snaked from the toilet downstairs. We were not home 2 days after that. So 3 days after Roto Rooter did the job, we are back to square one. Called Roto Rooter. They said, I'd have to pay their hefty fees again, no warranties on their work. So I went down the list in Yelp and called. Some were nice but didn't work on Sundays. Then I reached RF Drain Cleaning & Sewer. Reza answered the phone. He asked me where the clean out was located and said he could come as soon as he could. I texted the address and he showed up within 45 mins.

Reza is very thorough and very sincere. He explained what he saw. He snaked both inside and outside clean outs. No blocks found. Then had me turn on the showers upstairs. Then tried to listen for water flow. It was still blocked. He walked through what could be happening and said, the kitchen line is a direct line and told me to turn on the kitchen faucet. Once i told him that it was blocked as well, he suggested checking out kitchen clean out in the back. Until then, I didn't even know that there was a different clean out for the kitchen. Sure enough, there was enough sludge. He used jet spray, then snaked it. The drain is unblocked but he did encounter some blockage. He told me exactly at how many feet. He didn't have a camera. Gave me detailed instructions on what to ask when I hire someone with a camera. He showed me a couple of roots that came out with the snake. And possibly some wipes.
More importantly, because he quoted me only for clearing out the front drain, he didn't charge me for clearing out the kitchen drain. He was extremely reasonable compared to Roto Rooter and other guys.

I was impressed by his methodical approach to trouble-shooting. I highly recommend him. He is an extremely honest and a highly competent person.

We had both our toilets and tub back up at night. I called Reza at 7pm and he came over that night to have a look. Unfortunately, he could not do anything that night because the cap on our sewage pipe was also stuck. He did not charge me to come even though I had not committed to using his service. He came the next morning, replaced the housing around my sewage pipe and snaked the pipe. He was courteous, honest and his fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My previous review was based on over the phone advise from Reza. Today, I had him come out because I was convinced my old garbage disposal REALLY DID meed to be replaced as it had stopped functioning again.

Reza went to Home Depot and picked up 2 options of disposals for me. He came to my home, on time, and inspected. He tinkered a bit and was able to get it running.

He then showed me some VERY SIMPLE maintenance that I did not have any clue about so that I could fix the issue on my own.

Additionally, he found a small leak from my dishwasher that I was un-aware of.

He charged me an extremely reasonable fee for the service. Reza was very kind, professional, and provides outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend him enough!

Thanks Reza. My kitchen sink and master bathroom shower were clogged for about 2 days. I needed a plumber, and turned to yelp for help. I was able to request a quote for the plumbers who turned the service on. Reza, was able to give me a quote quickly, and was willing to come when I was available.
