I called R F Drain Cleaning because the kitchen sink was stopped up. We scheduled a time and they were here within that window. Without a fuss, Reza was on it. He had the whole thing done in 45 minutes from start to finish. The price was quite fair. Would definitely use them again. I'd rate them with 10 stars if I could!

Our kitchen sink was clogged on Mother's Day. Called Reza, he said he will be at our place in two hours, he arrived on time.
The job actually is very simple, just the dirty work had to go through. Reza was very patient and very throughly step by step cleaning the pipe, at the end he used hydro jet flashed the water down, he repeated over and over again until the back flushed water is clear before stopping the work. Afterward, he cleaned the area very well before he leaves. I like his work is because he is very careful about not damaging the pipe, and clean the area well. Also, his charge is very reasonable. I will use him again, although I prefer no more clogged pipes.

Just used his service for the second time, the first time was two years ago, he was prompt, Fair priced, and did clean excellent work and unplugging the kitchen drain.

It's now the second time, and I received the same excellent service. Super clean, charge the same price as before, great customer service skills, I text him at 1 p.m., he was there at 3 p.m., and done within 30 minutes. He's my drain clogged contractor now.

No regrets, we'll use again, and again.

We absolutely loved our experience with Reza! His customer service is the best and the job was done exceptionally well. My mother-in-law had many issues with her sewer lines. Reza troubleshot the issues and fixed everything perfectly. He spent time under the house and on the roof, had to pull the toilet. He worked fast and spent 3 hours fixing all the issues. We felt he didn't charge enough. Reza was honest and respectful of us and worked very well with my 86 year old mother-in-law. We would recommend using Reza for your plumbing issues.

If only I could give more than five stars to highlight the awesome service experience we had with Reza from RF Drain Cleaning!

Reza was very friendly, showed up right on time and went above and beyond. He promptly did troubleshooting for a blocked drain line for our washing machine, and resolved the immediate problem. However, he then suggested that replacing the drain trap was best fix for the long term. His pricing was so reasonable, we had him do that repair on the spot. Sure enough, his recommendation to replace the trap was confirmed - as soon as he cut away the old pipe we could see the inside was still very occluded with sediment. His repair was flawless.

Super nice guy, very professional, on time and reasonably priced - all that and even had fun getting a couple of nice restaurant suggestions from him! Thank you again Reza!

I was very satisfied with Reza. We called him to clear a kitchen drain. We agreed on a time that afternoon that worked for both of us. He showed up and resolved the problem very nicely. He also noticed that our cold water pressure to the kitchen faucet was low and he fixed that in 5 minutes as well. He cleaned up after himself, explained what the problems were and charged us a very reasonable rate. Very friendly.

I will definitely refer him to anyone for their plumbing needs and will call him again should other problems arise.

The plumber has come within ~2 hours after I contacted him, exactly at the earliest time he promised. I did ""shop around"" and Reza offered to fix the problem at the lowest cost compared to 4 other plumbing services.

He did his job very well, with additional small diagnostic/assessment work beyond the task he's been paid for.

He didn't reply to my online request for a quote, because he is the only one running his small business and was busy with customers on the day of my online request. So, it's better to CALL. In addition, no other business has actually provided a quote, but only invited to schedule a visit, with some of them asking for $150+ for just coming a providing an estimate.

I strongly recommend Reza to those people who want to have their problem solved for reasonable price and don't want to pay for many people involved additional ""superior"" customer service.

This is the second time we have used Reza's excellent services to restore our clogged drains (the previous time was almost 4 years ago). He responded early the next day after calling him after 5 pm. Reza took care of us again; efficiently and professionally. He also gave me a tip for doing some preventive maintenance. He is my ""go to"" guy for drains now, and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. He is reasonably priced, cleans up after his efforts, and is cordial and skilled.
