Was very clear in communications for setting up an appointment and arrived on time. Ultimately wasn't able to fix my issue for me, but explained to me what I needed to have done and who to contact. He spent about 2 hours trying different methods before he gave up, noting that sometimes some of the other things he tried work with older homes like mine so it was worth a try. I really appreciated him coming out and explaining what he was doing as well as trying so hard. And at the end, he didn't even charge me since he wasn't successful at fixing my problem - even after spending nearly 2 hours. Such a nice guy!!

I talked with Sam. My whole house was backing up. They needed to run a 75 foot snake through the clean out to get it corrected. It took them about twenty minutes. They were fast and efficient. $150 total. I'd use them again.

Reza was great. When your pipes are backed up like mine were, you are at the mercy of whoever comes to your aid. Reza was prompt, knew what to look for, and knew exactly what he was doing. Did the job quickly, efficiently, and effectively. He cleaned up after himself. I just felt he was the ultimate professional.

Prices are extremely reasonable, and when he was done, I was perfectly happy to pay every penny. I certainly hope I never need his assistance again, but, if I do, I will not hesitate to invite him back to my home.

I am very impressed with Reza for two reasons:
1. he responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate after asking good questions. He came on time, unclogged my toilet/shower drain in 1 hour including removing the toilet, unclogging and putting and sealing toilet back spotlessly.
2. Same issue occurred 2 weeks later, likely the clog stuff moved down further in the drain but got caught up again (I have a very water saving toilet, a poor choice per Reza). I texted Reza and he came next day. This time he went up to roof and push snake down and again in less than 30 minutes, all opened up (I was doubtful first but he knows his stuff). Unfortunately the snake got caught in the attic pipe. This took Reza 4 more nasty and sweaty hours to get it out. Again he cleaned it up perfectly. I felt bad and wanted to pay him extra. Reza refused because he wanted to keep his 30 day warranty promise. I am impressed.
Reza will always be my guy in the future.
