UPDATE: I recently called this company again due to my garbage disposal backing up into my shower. Once again I spoke with Dominic and he was able to come out the same night to check the problem out. It was a big relief for me being that I have roommates I rent too and didn't want to inconvenience them. Plumbing issues always scare me because you never know how much they will cost, I feel secure knowing Royal flush gives fair prices with great service and doesn't take advantage! I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

We had a leaky faucet in one of break rooms at work. I immediately contacted Royal Flush Plumbing for a service call. I spoke with Dominic and he came out same day to provide me with an assessment. I was expecting to get up sold on services that I did not need, but that did not happen. Dominic was honest and very reasonably priced. Turned out we needed to replace our garbage disposal and it was all done in under an hour, same day. I couldn't be anymore please with the service and quality of work that we received.

We had called another plumbing company to clean out the sewer line because of root problems. They were supposed to clear the line, but they didn't. They just put a camera in to show us the extent of the problem and offered solutions that we could not afford. They said that when they put the camera through, it cleared a pathway for water to flow, therefore, they had cleared the drain. They did not cable the sewer line and clean any roots out. When my husband called to arrange for them to come, my husband told them that we had problems with roots and we needed someone to clear them out. They told us that their service included clearing the drain AND THEN putting the camera down to see what the problem was. Two days later, it backed up again. The company refused to come out again and rectify the situation. I found Royal Flush plumbing through yelp. They came out the same day within a couple of hours. Our root problems were significant (we had already known that because we had been having problems for some time), but Royal Flush's prices for the hydrojet service were much cheaper and we worked it out so that we were able to have the service done. The other company quoted us almost 3 times higher for the hydrojet service. I only wish that I had called Royal Flush first. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

One Star. Dominic quoted $400 on an easy job right in my own home and scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and at the end of the day he called with an excuse why a more important job came up and he couldn't call me or let me know what was going on. Fair enough but I waited all day for this service. Said he'd come by next couple days if it worked out but it didn't work out. He came on Saturday to do the job and I was all but ready to just call someone else. He came and did a nice job on the piping, I'm not knocking any of that but he bumped me to $550 at checkout to include ""parts"" consisting of the PVC piping and some glue. I paid it because I was happy to get it finished and too busy to even deal with it. Nevertheless for 2 hours work on a Saturday and I got bumped like that after the no-show I think 5 stars on this plumber is not accurate based on that service.

Dominic at Royal Flush is the most personable plumber I have ever dealt with. He's knowledgable, efficient and fair too! He took care of a leaky (or should I say flooding) pipe in our crawl space. He came out quickly and had the repair done in no time, all while being short handed that day. We will be using Royal Flush again!

I owe Royal Flush my sanity. Started having water leak from the ceiling and get all over our furniture around 10:30pm on a Saturday night. To top it off, I was hosting a gathering so I had a number of guests over. I started freaking out and thought I would have to shut down the gathering. I called my usual plumber and got no answer. I tried two others...got no answer. I called Royal Flush Plumbing and my prayers were answered. Not only did they answer the phone, they sent Dominic right over and he was at my house within 30 min. I appreciated the fact that they knew this was an emergency to me and were willing to do what they could to fix my problem asap. Turns out that my tub upstairs had a pipe issue which was causing water to leak and make it rain in my living room. He was able to find the issue quickly and get it all fixed in about 1.5 hrs. Mind you, he did all this while the party was still going on and didn't cause an interruption. Not only was I impressed, the guests were as well. When it was all said and done, he cleaned up everything very well and managed to save my furniture from being ruined. He was very detailed in his explanation of work - something that I appreciate because you just never know what is really being done and what you're paying for. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the process. I was expecting to pay a large premium for it being on a weekend and 'after hours' but I was more than content with the pricing. They are very fair. Needless to say, Royal Flush Plumbing will now be handling all of my future plumbing issues. Thank you!

So grateful for Dominic saving the day - and on a Sunday nonetheless. First time ever our waste water starts coming up in a different bathroom. Tried the snake first, and when that didn't work he went to get the hydrojet and got the extra person needed to also come help. It was more than we hoped to spend, but his prices are reasonable, and everything is fixed. He knew how badly we needed to use our plumbing - 4 kids + 2 adults to get ready for work and school so he stayed to get the job done. Royal Flush Plumbing is first on my list to call and I also like supporting a local business.

These guys saved the day! We needed an emergency response since our toilet was backing up through the shower drain - YUCK!!

They came out immediately, fixed everything and patiently explained what happened and what they did in detail. They fixed the issue that day and we haven't had a problem since.

Call them! Their prices are fair, they clearly care about what they do, and they leave the place super clean!

Dominic was a pleasant surprise! He replaced our water heater and toilet, and did an excellent job on both without overcharging. We haven't had to call him back on either service, even for a house like ours with perpetual plumbing problems.
