I call Frank anytime I have a plumbing issue. He comes over quickly, gets the job done, and charges a reasonable price. In the past year he's come to my house on 3 different occasions and I've always been very satisfied with his work. I highly suggest using him.

Kitchen faucet was leaking water and bought a new faucet to replace old one. Family member is immune compromised so decided to use him because he was vaccinated and had good review over Yelp. Waited a day. Said he could not give me a price over phone for job which was okay but did not give me his hourly rate either. When he came to my house, said it would be $220 to replace faucet (I bought a new one from Lowe's not him) and $440 total because dishwasher and water for sink controlled by one on/off switch and good idea to split into two (to make it according to code) would cost $440. He finished job in ONE hour and charged me $440! Highway robbery because he did not charge me by the hour but I had no option because my faucet was leaking.

We've had a leaking shower that leaked in multiple areas. He fixed the problem, replaced what was needed, and also told us what was optional to save us money. He was responsive, professional, and quoted us a very reasonable price for the work he did (we got another quote from another company that was much higher). We are very pleased and highly recommend him. We will definitively use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Not long ago we had a pretty concerning back-up issue in our home. As this was our first major plumbing situation in the area, we weren't entirely sure who to call and, more importantly, who we could trust to do the job. Too often, we've heard stories of plumbers coming out to diagnose what appears to be a simple clog and end up suggesting you have your entire front yard dug up!

Based on other online reviews, we took a chance on Rezzetano and were extremely happy with the experience. You're not getting an answering/scheduling service when you call - you're speaking directly to Frank who was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable during the entire process. He was fortunately nearby and quickly came over to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue.

It was a relief to find someone who was so informative and helpful instead of just trying to rake us over the coals and make some easy money. Based on our experience and Frank's knowledge, I will only be using Rezzetano moving forward.

Unlike some other local services, Rezzetano does not spend tons of money on advertising and promotion. That being said, please leave a review online or tell your friends and family if you have a positive experience with Frank. These days it's harder than ever to find someone who is both trustworthy AND has expertise!

I called Frank based on the reviews posted on Yelp and Nextdoor. As many have stated, he is the one who personally answers the phone. Frank is a one man operation, which I actually love. I told him the problem we were experiencing (water gushing out of our downspouts during heavy rains) and he explained to me why that was happening. He even spoke to my husband and repeated everything to him. Frank recommended not doing anything. Although Frank did not make any money from us today he did make a new client!! I wanted to write this review because he was so kind, patient, and knowledgable. The reason Frank impressed me is although he knew he was not going to be making money on our downspout problem he still took the time to explain the how's and why's. They don't make them like that anymore! Thank you so much, Frank! You made customers out of us!!

We needed a plumber quickly and a friend referred Frank. He actually answers the phone when you call. Not only that, he came by the next morning to assess the problem. Promised to be back before I had to leave for an afternoon appointment and was. Took care of the problem. Was reasonably priced. He really knows his job and how to take care of the customer. He's a 1 man show. I highly recommend him and will go back to him in the future.
