Mike B.After my first experience with Reynolds Plumbing, I wouldn't use anyone else. The water heater in our new house was tripping the breaker and providing insufficient hot water. I spoke with Doug Mikesell at Reynolds about the pros/cons of fixing it vs. installing a new heat pump/hybrid water heater. I opted to fix the old one until other needed house repairs are done. The tech, Michael, arrived exactly on time. He not only fixed the water heater, but cleaned up and rewound the hose I'd use to drain it. A very polite and knowledgeable young man. Reynolds was a very positive experience from start to finish, and the rate was extremely reasonable.
