Do not call this company. They used to be fine, but each of the last 2 times I have called them, I had to call again because I discovered a mistake. Once they forgot to reconnect a pipe, causing a flood. The last time they unclogged the bathtub, only to have to return less than a week later because the problem wasn't fixed. There's been a real deterioration in quality service over the years I've been using them. I will never use them again.

They have complete respect for your home or office and treat it as it's their own. We have emergencies often and each time I call Reynolds, they do what it takes to re-arrange their schedule so they can respond promptly. They take pride in their work. I've never had to call Reynolds back to repair something they previously did. They always have competitive pricing, yet the lowest each time and their work is top notch.
