My family and I had a hot water emergency on the 4th of July of all days. No hot water. We called Reynolds plumbing which we knew would more than likely be closed like everything else. To my surprise they answered the phone. They in fact were closed but the owner said he'd swing by and look at it for me on his way back from a 4th of July parade. He was very responsive, he did pop in and in seconds had it running. I will absolutely be calling them in the near future. Highly recommend. A big THANK YOU to them for taking time out of their holiday for us.

Repair didn't last long. Pipe was feed less than 1/4 inch into the coupling. Not worth paying $250.00 for.

I loved the workers, the owner not so much. The 2 men who did this job were incredible and worked very hard. The """"cleanup"""" was rushed because Larry misjudged how many hours this job would take. I wish I was warned that I would have this big mess to deal with. Being a plumber is not an excuse to not fully finish the job, which should include cleanup. If cleanup is not included please warn people.

Update: Since the writing of this review, Larry the owner has personally attacked our business writing a fake review on our Google Account acting as a customer.., please see the attached image. The whole purpose of my review was for Larry to let other clients know that re-patching the drywall was something he was not doing, and to make sure other customers of his inquire about this. Also to you Larry, we will have an attorney now contact you for Defamation and writing fake reviews (acting as our customer) in retaliation to this review. Unfortunate. ------------------------- I personally wouldn't hire again. What is important here is that details are disclosed by the service contractor, so that his customers are satisfied, and everyone views the transaction as mutually completed. (ie. Drywall was not patched back up after the drywall was taken apart to install the pipes- we are left with a hole in the wall with exposed pipes) We had a simple hand sink installed and prior to this we agreed on a price. Having used 2 plumbers in the past at other facilities, our experience has always been that when plumbers installed their pipes behind the walls, they patched back up the drywall holes they cut out- to complete the job. In this case Larry quoted the job, and I assumed that the dry wall he cut out of the wall to install the plumbing would be patched back up. Instead we are left with drywall holes and exposed pipes in the wall. Afterwards he wanted to charge additional fees to patch the drywall back up as an additional up-sell, saying this was not his responsibility. From my take, this was not disclosed up front and now we are having to hire a new contractor because I won't pay him more. Simply put, the work seemed OK for pipe install, but the non-disclosure of what I see as incomplete job with drywall holes. Because of this, Im not partial to hiring him again, but you may have a better experience if he discloses the details about finished work expectations up front (esp. dry wall patching after plumbing). After questioning Larry about why he did not disclose this to us, he replied that he only had 4 other customers have this issue. A perfect reason he should have learned to disclose this to us. Regards.

Poor service, condescending over the phone, surprised they do any business at all. Larry lost his mind on me when I asked him a simple question. I was very taken aback that someone would represent their business that way

Excellent work. I will hire them for more plumbing. Andy, the plumber was professional, worked diligently. He kept to his repair estimate. of $175.00 which was a fair price for his excellent work. I had a $650 dollar estimate from another plumber and delayed the repair as it was unsightly but worked. Consider this company if you want excellent work.

The technician did not arrived with the correct equipment. he was very unprepared for the job. he continued to defend himself by stating that his boss sent him with that Autofeed Drain Cleaner drill and that it was all he had. He tried to unclogged with with an Autofeed Drain Cleaner drill not suitable for the kind of work he needed to do. After trying and not succeeding demanded a payment. He even went on saying that the main drain was clogged. the funny thing is that everything else drain correctly except for the two connected kitchen sinks. I Contacted owner, explained the situation and promised he will personally take care of the issue. In good faith made the payment requested. The owner scheduled a later appt which he failed to show up or even call to let me know that it will not happen. I did not find out until I call for status. After owner apologizing, he scheduled a morning appointment at 8 am and again he didn't even reply to my request for ETA. He showed up by noon. Go with true professional. I ended up calling Rotto Rooter to get the job done right. There was no main drain clogged. Reynolds obviously have no clue about plumbing. am very dissatisfied with their professionalism, and knowledge. I would never hire them again.

My elderly neighbor had toilet trouble and I volunteered to help. Reynolds Plumbing was the better estimate (some were totally outrageous). They arrived on time and were fast, efficient and courteous. I'll use them again for sure.
