The technician did not arrived with the correct equipment. he was very unprepared for the job. he continued to defend himself by stating that his boss sent him with that Autofeed Drain Cleaner drill and that it was all he had. He tried to unclogged with with an Autofeed Drain Cleaner drill not suitable for the kind of work he needed to do. After trying and not succeeding demanded a payment. He even went on saying that the main drain was clogged. the funny thing is that everything else drain correctly except for the two connected kitchen sinks. I Contacted owner, explained the situation and promised he will personally take care of the issue. In good faith made the payment requested. The owner scheduled a later appt which he failed to show up or even call to let me know that it will not happen. I did not find out until I call for status. After owner apologizing, he scheduled a morning appointment at 8 am and again he didn't even reply to my request for ETA. He showed up by noon. Go with true professional. I ended up calling Rotto Rooter to get the job done right. There was no main drain clogged. Reynolds obviously have no clue about plumbing. am very dissatisfied with their professionalism, and knowledge. I would never hire them again.

Absolutely great! I reached out to Reynolds Plumbing after a disappointing experience with another company that did not complete the job. I went into this already skeptic about the service, cost, the quality etc. I was so pleased with the prompt communication and clarity of him explaining what was needed. After communicating with the owner and setting a day for the work to be completed, he texted and called me with options of what I could choose from for replacement of shower valve and faucet. From the beginning he stuck to his quoted price and the work was less than half what I was quoted with previous company. Joe was the plumber that completed the project for me and he was great. He explained my options carefully because I was so hesitant to have to open a hole in my bedroom wall to have the work done. He made me feel completely at ease that it would be the best decision and that he would make sure to leave the wall just ready for repaint. The work was completed on time, he was careful and did not make any messes or damages to anything. He had me test the shut off switch as well as the new shower valve. He was experienced and knowledgeable. I am absolutely content with the quality of the work.

Thank you Reynolds Plumbing. Very prompt and on time service. Joe came to the rescue, he was able to put in a new pipe mechanism. Due to the age of my house more work is needed. But he tried his best to have water for us. He spent hours battling to keep working and fixing the problem. They are very polite and was always upfront with the price.

I can't say enough good things about Larry. I had a major leak coming out between the foundation of my house and a concrete slab. I was so stressed as water was just flowing out. Larry responded quickly to my call. He was wearing a mask and followed all safety procedures. He identified the problem and told me what he was going to do and followed thru. He was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for his help and reasonable prices. If I ever have another plumbing problem, he will be the first person I call. I have needed my toilet fixed but was hesitant to have anyone in my home during this time with COVID-19 cases in Miami. Larry gave me an estimate and was able to arrive earlier than anticipated. He took all safety precautions and fixed my toilet quickly and for a fraction of what other plumbers charge. Easy to communicate with, pay and very professional. Highly recommend and will use again.
