Absolutely great! I reached out to Reynolds Plumbing after a disappointing experience with another company that did not complete the job. I went into this already skeptic about the service, cost, the quality etc. I was so pleased with the prompt communication and clarity of him explaining what was needed. After communicating with the owner and setting a day for the work to be completed, he texted and called me with options of what I could choose from for replacement of shower valve and faucet. From the beginning he stuck to his quoted price and the work was less than half what I was quoted with previous company. Joe was the plumber that completed the project for me and he was great. He explained my options carefully because I was so hesitant to have to open a hole in my bedroom wall to have the work done. He made me feel completely at ease that it would be the best decision and that he would make sure to leave the wall just ready for repaint. The work was completed on time, he was careful and did not make any messes or damages to anything. He had me test the shut off switch as well as the new shower valve. He was experienced and knowledgeable. I am absolutely content with the quality of the work.

Update: Since the writing of this review, Larry the owner has personally attacked our business writing a fake review on our Google Account acting as a customer.., please see the attached image. The whole purpose of my review was for Larry to let other clients know that re-patching the drywall was something he was not doing, and to make sure other customers of his inquire about this. Also to you Larry, we will have an attorney now contact you for Defamation and writing fake reviews (acting as our customer) in retaliation to this review. Unfortunate. ------------------------- I personally wouldn't hire again. What is important here is that details are disclosed by the service contractor, so that his customers are satisfied, and everyone views the transaction as mutually completed. (ie. Drywall was not patched back up after the drywall was taken apart to install the pipes- we are left with a hole in the wall with exposed pipes) We had a simple hand sink installed and prior to this we agreed on a price. Having used 2 plumbers in the past at other facilities, our experience has always been that when plumbers installed their pipes behind the walls, they patched back up the drywall holes they cut out- to complete the job. In this case Larry quoted the job, and I assumed that the dry wall he cut out of the wall to install the plumbing would be patched back up. Instead we are left with drywall holes and exposed pipes in the wall. Afterwards he wanted to charge additional fees to patch the drywall back up as an additional up-sell, saying this was not his responsibility. From my take, this was not disclosed up front and now we are having to hire a new contractor because I won't pay him more. Simply put, the work seemed OK for pipe install, but the non-disclosure of what I see as incomplete job with drywall holes. Because of this, Im not partial to hiring him again, but you may have a better experience if he discloses the details about finished work expectations up front (esp. dry wall patching after plumbing). After questioning Larry about why he did not disclose this to us, he replied that he only had 4 other customers have this issue. A perfect reason he should have learned to disclose this to us. Thank you Reynolds Plumbing. Very prompt and on time service. Joe came to the rescue, he was able to put in a new pipe mechanism. Due to the age of my house more work is needed. But he tried his best to have water for us. He spent hours battling to keep working and fixing the problem. They are very polite and was always upfront with the price.

My tankless got water heater was not giving me the hot water it used to. I called up, they responded immediately, and came through next day. They fixed it for the exact price they quoted me, and couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be calling them back!

Larry responded to my quote request promptly and provided a reasonable estimate. He came on time and replaced two faucets. One of the old faucets was corroded very badly and was difficult to remove but he did a good job on it. The actual bill came out $20 more but he deserved it due to the unexpected difficulty in removing the old faucet. I recommend him.

Larry fixed my shower last month and did an excellent job. He communicated with me in advance on what the agreed upon price would be when the other 5 companies I contacted through Yelp all wanted to send someone to my house to first look at my shower before quoting me anything. Like I have time for 5 plumbers to come by my house and gather quotes ha! It wasn't a mystery, I sent pictures AND details on the issue and Larry had no problem providing me with the quote via chat. So I selected him and he showed up and got the job done for the price he said. If you are looking to get something fixed and know the costs up front, I'd recommend Larry.
