Don't even think about using this company!!! For anything. Take your money and won't call back or respond to text messages. Mailbox is always full. Won't show up for scheduled appointments. Most un-professional company I ever tried to deal with. If I could rate this company, it would be below zero.

If I could give 0 or negative I would. I was scheduled through my warranty company, which is also a testament to the companies they contract out to as well. They were scheduled on July 7th from 11am-3pm. We received a call at 10:30 PM on July 6th telling us they were on their way. We called to ask about this and received unprofessional behavior but they reassured us they would be out during the scheduled time the following day. Shocker. They did not show up. My husband contacted them and they said they were running behind. 6pm comes around and we get the run around. 6:30 told twenty minutes. 7:00 told 15 minutes. 7:35 they're in the wrong COUNTY telling us they can't find my house. We reschedule and they tell us that if the technician isn't there he will no longer be employed with them. Window was 11am-2pm. Shocker. Doesn't show. No contact. Will no answer our calls. Mailbox is full. Don't waste your time. Finally did get in touch and she wanted to be rude, not only is punctuality not a strong point, neither is customer service.
Extension of issues: we ended up canceling the services because we had to call back 4 or 5 times in a row to even get a response. We would be told 1 hour arrival time from the warranty company, two hours later still nothing. When I got in touch with them at 4pm on the second day, they were unprofessional and smart about me complaining about the time frames--put me on speaker so everyone in the room could say hi. When I finally called back 2 hours later to see what the issue was, I was told it would be about 2 and a half hours more. They told me it was because there was an elderly man in front of me (which would have been fine if they also didn't tell me that the technician had JUST left to head to the elderly man's house when I was told 2 hours prior that it would be an hour). I informed her that I had already left bad reviews for the company because of the poor service in which she began cussing and telling me she would not send a technician out until I changed my reviews. I told her I would change them when I received a better service to report. She then told me she would cancel my appointment if that was what I wanted, I reiterated that it was no longer an appointment because they had missed their appointment times two days in a row and not contacted anyone, which is why I had the reviews posted that I did. She got nasty again, in which I responded in the like and told her to cancel because I would not do business with her. I have placed a complaint with the BBB, on every site that I can review, as well as with my warranty company. I wouldn't even look in the direction of this business.

Terrible response time. Guarantees a completion time per signed contract but does not rectify if they go beyond the date.
Half a** job. Trash still left in my garage paint cans, old trim everything. They smoked In the house and left the butts in the tier. Tries to scam for more money who paints over spots that need sanding or other obvious fixes? If you are a professional painter that is part of the job and part of your quoted price. Who just paints with out prepping? They just straight out lie. Asking me to give them a good review and saying they stand by their work. The definitely need supervision. I had trust in them as I lived out of state, but this was obviously a mistake. Additionally they took cut the pipes in my tub although it was supposed to go through my home warranty. They told me what they were going to put in an access panel and a shut off valve. This was prior to submitting the diagnosis to warranty... but because they denied it they want me to pay them on something they suggested with out giving me a price. But now they want me to pay them $400 extra when the leak was replacing a shower valve. But now they are just telling lies. Why would I pay out of pocket when the warranty company pays the labor. Don't trust Jodi! All they will say is this was before they were finished but these are current pics! 7/2/2022. Work was supposed to be complete 5/27/2022.

they made a total of 3 appointment windows, I sat at home each time, despite having things to do, and they never even showed up. I wouldn't trust them with any kind of work on my stuff.

If I could give a 0 I would. They came, took my property ""to match a part"" and never came back. Therefore we had to purchase brand new systems that cost us much more than a part would have. Horrible company, thieves.

We're supposed to show up Friday to work on A/c after being 1.5 hours late and not on there way yet rescheduled for this morning from 7-11am. At 1130 I called them and they said they were on there way. At 2 I called back she said she was in a. Call and would call me right back. Never called back then would not take my calls.

If I could a negative star I would. This company was assigned to my bathroom repair by my home warranty company. The 1st time, the business owner told me she'd be at my house by 8:00 pm. She finally showed up at 10:20pm and seemed surprised I wouldn't let her in to look at the issue. The 2nd time, they did show up and did the work. After the work was performed the business owner then tried to tell me my home warranty deductible was more than it was and threatened to file a lien against my home when I told her the deductible had already been paid and I didn't owe her anything. She yelled at me on the phone and eventually hung up on me when I refused to pay her. My home warranty company confirmed I didn't owe her anything. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This company has taken $130 from me and has not fixed any issues. They have ""rescheduled"" the appointment about 4-5 times and refuse to show up at any of the scheduled appointments. The last 3 times they rescheduled an appointment they did not show up and did not give any notice of cancelling it. They are not responsive to phone calls/texts. Do not allow this company into your home- they are thieves. They will take your money, make an excuse as to why they need more time, promise to get back to you, and then ghost you.

My home warranty company contracted Kenny. To fix my leaking toilet. While the warranty company is a hot mess, Kenny and his wife got me taken care of. You can tell Kenny cares about his name and business being represented right even when being thrown under by the warranty company he contracts through.

I have a signed contract for a kitchen remodel. They had a quote I gave them half. Then they say I have to pay for all supplies upfront. Still I'm cool with it. That was in September now it's December they have not come back they will not call and they have $8,500 of my money. They refuse to call me back. Please do not give these people a chance even if they say I was mean. I wanted the work to be done while I was at work and they don't like to come to work till I get off of work. Good luck
