Personable and efficient fellow. It was at 5, so they charged time and a half. What they didn't tell me was that there was an additional $99 dispatch charge for coming ""after hours"". You should get a clear estimate before starting.

This firm is the total package from Tara answering the phone to Brandon on the ground making things work. This a bad time of year to have an irrigation system fail. Unlike some competitors Tara was able to immediately schedule us for the next day for a service call. Later that day Tara found a spot open up so Brandon was able to come out the same day to get the pump up and running. It was a simple fix due to a stuck contact but Brandon was a total professional and checked out the complete system and made recommendations for future maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Quality from scheduling to project completion, that's what customer service is all about. I will recommend and use Reynolds Electric for future needs!

I did my due diligence and got three estimates for getting my kilns and industrial heater hooked up in my shop. I was so glad I did because Reynolds was about $900 cheaper than the first company (the second came in somewhere in between). This allowed me the financial margin to add having an outside outlet installed which I added post estimate. Reynolds has someone in the office who actually picks up the phone, they showed up when scheduled, everything went smoothly, the work stayed on estimate, and the electrician and her apprentice were friendly and professional. What more could you ask for? The additional outlet cost was also very reasonable which I was a little nervous about since I did not have an estimate on that part of the job. The inspector said the work was done well and I am happy to know I have an electrician I can count on if I need one in the future. I highly recommend this company.

We purchased a home in the Walterville area and split our time between Walterville and Bend, until we finally moved in June of 2016. We'd had a home inspection prior to the purchase and knew we needed some upgrades to the electrical, and Reynold's was recommended by our realtor. I had read about the breaker box being a fire hazard so we wanted it changed, and it was also recommended in the inspection we paid for. Reynold's came out and replaced the breaker box and we couldn't be happier. We'll be doing a full remodel once our home in Bend is sold, and will ask Reynolds if they are interested in doing the electrical, if we don't have a general contractor. Our home is a 1964 vintage and when we recently replaced the water heater, we found that the interior wiring is old and we want to upgrade that. We were very happy with the work Reynolds did! We'll use them again and again for any electrical needs.

Their bid for upgrading 220 electrical panel was $1,900.
The inspector told them they were using the wrong size mast for the wiring from the pole to the roof, which they admitted they had been doing for the last 5 years...how those jobs passed inspection, I don't know. But this job cost $1,000.00 OVER the original bid.
The job took 2 days and we were left with large holes in the sheet rock.
Months later, an inspector showed up to say, the inspection had never been completed.

DON'T USE REYNOLDS ELECTRIC!! Their practice of bilking their clients is outrageous! Not only did they charge for 'travel time to and from' and time at the hardware store getting the equipment they should have had with them, they also charged for an unneeded permit. Plus they charged almost $40 just for them to APPLY for the permit!!! These underhanded practices were never ONCE related to me in any sort of way! I don't blame the technician who did the work, when I asked him how much it would be he told me that they don't even tell him how much they charge! Poor guy is probably under paid. When I called to talk to them about my bill they were rude, and mansplained the city's permit system to me. Don't waste your money, go with someone else! I would give no stars if I could.
