This team of amazing people have made such a huge impact on our lives. They took our ugly patio & created a beautiful flagstone patio that is functional so my handicapped husband can come outside and enjoy life now! This is the second job they have done for us, both times making our quality of life so much more enjoyable. I can't recommend you guys enough!

Did a plumbing job for them and they did not pay! Bad at communication. Homeowner advised me he paid them so they chose not to pay for whatever reason!

Wanted a partial bathroom remodel. All of the "big name" companies wouldn't even consider our project because we weren't touching the bathtub.
We chose Reyna Faith because their pricing was fair, they were licensed, but what ultimately made our decision was Jennifer. Having her as the contact person was truly a blessing. Trying to directly communicate with the contractors while they are busy with other projects can be impossible. In addition to completing some of the work, Jennifer kept us informed and updated throughout the process.
Upon completion of the work, there were a few things that we noticed that weren't quite up to our standards. We notified them and they were rectified quickly. They want the customer to be ultimately satisfied.

Paid them to paint my kitchen cabinets. They took the cabinet doors with them to paint and tried to bring them back over before they were fully dried and cured. There are areas all over the doors where the paint was scraped. They also missed all corners of the doors. Just a horrible job altogether and they would never come back and fix their errors. I have to now pay somebody else to repaint them.

May 21, 2018 Reyna Faith began installation of a stamped concrete patio at our home. The patio was installed raised, which left the need for the yard to be leveled- a charge of over $400 that we were then asked for. I told them that this should have been discussed beforehand, to which they agreed, and Jennifer promised to get the dirt and grass seed herself, in order to make it right.
May 25th the crew came to clean up concrete splatter and as a result took paint off of our home in several places. Despite promises for about two months to repair it, this was never done, and in the end the company stopped communicating. The bare patches remain as well as splatter left on our patio set.
May 29th, Ms. Jennifer came to inspect the messy patio edges with Steven. After she left, she texted me "I will MAKE sure you are happy before we are done. I did not expect it to be like that."
June 1st the company texted that grass and dirt was lined up for the following Monday (didn't happen).
June 6th we expressed concern over the sealer that was done as it was no what we asked for. June 9th we were told via text that the seal had been done again, it hadn't.
June 10th we then noticed another patio being advertised for the company which had the seal we requested. The company then attempted to charge us an additional $475 for the sealer we had originally asked for.
June 12th we were again promised the dirt and grass seed (didn't happen). We were told via text that as long as we paid the remaining $100, the company would place the sealer we wanted ("in the morning")- but no dirt and grass seed as promised. They never came.
Between June 12 and June 18, there was no communication from the company, despite my reaching out.
June 18th the company told us they had bent over backwards and accused us of slandering them to neighbors, both ridiculous and unprofessional. We had two neighbors stop by to see the work- it spoke for itself.
June 20, again after days of no communication, we were told to wait to be scheduled.
Finally scheduled for June 27, then cancelled per the company (no explanation) and rescheduled for the 29th. Zero communication again from the company until the 29th at 10:30am saying they were waiting on a time. I responded "ok, won't be around later in the day". They never came and blamed me for what they interpreted as "I can't be there today".
July 7th, we asked for a portion of the money back to pay someone else to finish the work, to which the company responded we were never charged for this work anyway (which had not been our understanding when signing on with them).
July 8th was the last day I heard from the company, still waiting for us to be scheduled. After I attempted to reach out on the 12th and 13th and heard nothing back, I informed the company on July 15th that I was filing a complaint with the TX AG, which I did along with the BBB, Yelp, and Angies List.
The company continues to bring up the $100 owed and they claim all we want is a free patio- completely ridiculous and easy to see through, ESPECIALLY after speaking to other clients. Our check was made out in what was thought to be in full, due to our own error- clear to anyone, this is not something that is done by people looking to scam a contractor (in full, prior to the work being done, AND payment by check). If they had come back to our home AS AGREED UPON, the $100 would have been paid.
The patio is now three months old, uneven, messy, and falling apart (see pictures).
I filed a claim with their insurance, which unfortunately was liability only. However, when the adjuster came out, he could not believe the poor quality of the work ( his exact word was "shoddy") and was pointing out things that we had not even noticed. He was floored when he learned that the business is in the same community as our home and they did this to us.
The company has never been asked for a full refund- we asked for a portion back to hire someone else as it was made clear they would not be returning. They caused damage to our home, stopped communicating with us (which apparently is what they like to do to clients as I have connected with more than a couple in the same situation), and left us to deal with the mess they created.
