I had a service call through my apartment complex
for the toilet and the sink. The technician Brett called me and was very polite and professional. He fixed both problems and even took a pic to show me the huge improvement with the appearance of the sink after it was repaired. Both are working perfectly now. Highly recommend.

Rene and Cash came to my old farmhouse in SLO (translation: old pipes and plumbing) to go deep down the mainline.
I called Rex's because last time I used Roto Rooters and was disappointed. SO GLAD I CALLED REX'S!! Seriously, best plumbing service I have ever experienced. They gave me a heads up call when they were ten minutes out which I thought was really considerate. Then when the guys came they were incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, double checked everything to make sure all was back on track.
They offered a jetting service considering my large property and roots and old pipes which I agreed and then two days later Cash came back with a new guy Brett who was also wonderful. Great staff, best plumbing experience ever and I for sure know who I will be calling for plumbing from here on out: Rex's Rooter!

Saturday morning. The lady on the
phone was very pleasant & helpful.
Justin, the tech who came to us,
was very professional & did a very
nice job of communicating with us
about our problem. The roots from
our tree have grown into the sewer
line & caused a blockage. He
needed to return to the shop for a
larger piece of equipment & was
back in a very timely manner. The
owner came with his service truck
as well & the two of them got us up
& running. Very grateful for their
work in the rain & suggestions to
help maybe minimize our root
invasion problem. Highly

Brett at Rex's Rooter is a lifesaver! We had a house full of guests on Thanksgiving -- and our toilets backed up. Brett was at our house within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue -- which was some root damage to the line to our septic tank. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We now have a new meaning for ""giving thanks"" as the crisis was averted. I will definitely be using Rex's Rooter for any upcoming plumbing needs.

I can not give 10 stars or I would!! I have been using Rex's company for several years. I am a local real estate agent in Sales/Property Management.
Today I called because a tenant had a plumbing issue and we had to shut off the water. I called and it was unfortunate that Rex was already booked. I called another plumbing company (I wont slander their business) they came out and looked at the job, 15 minutes of their time quoted me $2,000.00
I was shocked because this was a minor issue. I let the tech know I didn't want them to do the work. He charged me $200.00 for a service fee. I called Rex back and explained I would be waiting for him to come. He cleared his schedule and came right over after I explained what happened. Rex fixed both shower faucets in less than 45 minutes and charged $288.00
Lesson learned I will always wait even if a tenant needs to go without water for a night. REX you are the best! (sorry I hugged you when you arrived)

Rex is amazing. The response time when we call is very fast. We usually get a return call within 30 minutes. The work is excellent. They are reliable, fair, and easy to work with. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
