I had Kason come out and take on an nightmare of a job. I ended up having 6-7 water leaks from the freeze, and also issues with my gas lines. He got it done quick and correct. I would give him ten stars if I could.

No masks during Covid, including before the mandate was lifted. They were hired by the management company for my apartment and blew past 4 different deadlines that we were given for when work would be completed. They showed up at wildly different times every day, making it difficult to determine when water would be available while we were all working from home. During the work, they insisted they had to use my personal electrical outlets to run machinery (the management company told them otherwise but never bothered to relay the message to me). I would have random workers knocking on my door & window at all times of day so they could work. Twice a plumber showed up with zero warning & they just took off when I couldn't let them into the building/my apartment right away. (The second time I had a 104 fever and would have warned them if *anyone* had bothered to call.) I have no idea why my complex uses these people. Not trustworthy, not timely, zero communication skills. Utterly disappointing.

Today, I was driving on West Lake Houston Parkway in the in Summerwood near HEB when I was almost ran completely off the road by this company's Unit 5 truck. The truck tapped my truck. The driver kept driving. I called the company to notify them that the driver was driving recklessly. The driver stopped. He apologized. There was no damage to my vehicle. Before I could call the company back the owner called back hollering at me saying I'm the reason he has a hard time because people trying to file false claims :-( I was not trying to file a claim. I WAS MERELY NOTIFYING OF HIS DRIVERS NEGLECTFUL DRIVING. A SIMPLE APOLOGY AND TALK WITH HIS DRIVER WOULD HAVE SUFFICED.

These guys are the epitome of unprofessional bootleggers. They installed a bathtub for me and it took them almost three week after leaving the job and consistently coming back for petty things. One minute the plumber Rex had to go to Home Depot 5 minutes away. He came back hours later. He then left for the day because he did not have specific tools. He came back about 4 days later only to leave again because he needed to go to another job. He schedule to come back about 4:30pm. I called him about 6:00pm and he told me he was an hour away. I canceled and rescheduled. He then scheduled for he next Friday at 6:00pm. At 7:30 he still was not there. When I called him he said he would be there just after 8:00pm. I told him to forget it. We scheduled for 8:00am the next morning which was Saturday. He showed up on time and his 10 minutes worth of work he kept eluding to took him half the day. I left just before lunch and apparently he left right after because when I came on Monday the job still was not complete. Finally I called Roy his brother and told him about it and he said he'd send him to take care of it. When Rex came back, the trim plate for the tub handle and the tub spout was too close together, therefore the tub spout could not go on the pipe. Rex pushed the tub spout on the half inch copper line because he apparently did not know the spout needed an adapter in order to screw it on. He then came back and wanted to cut out the new ceramic tile in order to fix his mistake. After I objected I allowed him to cut out the sheetrock in the bedroom in order to lower the tub spout. I had to pay the tile contractor to come back as well as a painter to repair the drywall and re-paint the wall. On Sunday night I got a text message from my customer showing me photos of water stains in the kitchen ceiling because the bath tub was leaking. I finally called another plumber to come and repair the leak which was the tub drain that was not tight. Now I have to repair the kitchen ceiling and repaint the complete kitchen and living room ceiling because they are one. What a nightmare from a so-called professional. I would be very careful before using these guys. Roy always tells you to call his office and talk to Crystal for scheduling to make it sound so professional. But they are scammers. If you use these guys you are asking for double trooouuuuuble.

I do NOT recommend REX plumbing! I called them at 0730 as I need a drain snaked and they said they would be here by 9:00 AM this morning. Called at 9:40 and they claimed they knew nothing about it! I spoke with Jason and Crystal.

Do not trust Roy. Promises the world and fails to deliver. Ducks calls and won't own up when can't deliver. Also screws his own vendors when he can. Personally watched this happen on several occasions.

Sent them an emergency request, said I would pay their Emergency rate (Time x 1/2) extra. Spoke with Crystal, she said they would be there with in 2-HRs. I never got a call, they never showed, they still haven't answered my calls (going on about 10 now). STAY AWAY they are not to be trusted

Rex did not show up for the appointment I set. I took off of work and had to pay for extended day care. I called 5 times through out the day to make sure they were coming and they (crystal) assured me they were. my last call to them was at 515 and the guy that answered said there was nothing they can do and he would try to get a hold of crystal to call me. the guy said that crystal would not answer the phone. a wasted vacation day and had to pay for extra day care. what a fly by night company

We had a plumbing leak in our rental property. Rex came out and looked at the leaking pipe. I had already removed the sheet rock myself and clamped the pipe to temporarily stop the leak. All Rex had to do was come back and replace the pipe. He told me he could come back Tuesday or Wednesday to fix the pipe. So I set sheet rock repair guys up for the Following Saturday. I called them every day of the week and got an excuse why they couldn't make it. Now it's Friday and I have to cancel the sheet rock guys. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it was my own house that I live in. I could deal with a big hole in my kitchen ceiling for another week. But this is a Tenant that we want to take good care of. Very disappointed in Rex. I'm about to call a different plumber... Any recommendations? :)

We have used these guys several times. Always professional and decent prices! I would highly recommend to anyone.
