This was not the first time we have used Rex Miles Plumbing. Two out of three time it was not a simple task. It is really a major relief knowing that this business is there and always responds quickly. The first time we called them was about 4 years ago. They were reasonably priced compared to the other estimates we received. Mr. Miles does excellent work and is extremely honest and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Rex came out to flush our water heater. He was honest and let us know that our unit was beyond a flushing and it would most likely be going out within the next year.

He could have taken our money and did the flush, but he didn't. When our water heater went out, we called Rex. He was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Called to have a water main fixed and Rex was there in under 10 minutes and had it fixed in 30 minutes maybe less. He made it look easy and was very friendly and professional. I will definitely call him if we have any other plumbing issues.

I needed my new stove installed to my gas line. Looked on Southwest Gas website and they showed ""Rex Miles Plumbing "" as a preferred referral near Victorville. They also had a Special Promotion with Rex Miles Plumbing. I called Rex Miles Plumbing on April 28, 2020 around 4:40pm and a guy answered the phone. I explained to him I needed my Gas Stove hooked up to the gas line. I was told the next available appointment was Monday May 4, 2020 between 11-1, I agreed to the appointment. The appointment day came around and no response. I called and left a voicemail message and a text message, till this day no response. I took off work for the appointment. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I feel that Southwest gas shouldn't offer a referral program with a company that doesn't show up as promised. I will never refer this company and I will be reaching out to Southwest Gas to voice my concerns.

Excellent!!! So lucky that he came the day my tenant had no hot water. Then, after carful checking and trying to fix the leak, I needed a new water heater. He was able to come back the SAME day and install it. I am so thankful. I didn't want my tenant to be out of hot water any longer than her family had to. I am so thankful I called Rex Miles Plumbing. I highly recommend them. Very professional, very fast, very honest, very good, and years of experience. I am a very happy customer!!!!

Thank you again for your quality work and excellent service. Recently we had backed up toilets, and on a Friday you were very busy but managed to work us in within a couple of hours. You are the very best plumber in the high desert, so courteous and prompt. Your prices are very competitive, even though you are well above all others in the high desert when it comes to skill and honesty. Highly recommend, for plumbing and gas lines.

Very disappointed! This plumber came out to do a simple 'clear the drain' by running a snake through the drain. Told me it looked like the problem was in the septic tank as his snake wouldn't go more than 20 feet before it hit a solid object. That was $275 to hear that! Called another Septic/Plumbing Company - they spent 1/2 day locating and pumping the septic system, which they said was in perfect working order. I physically observed it. They took a Hand snake, without the motor to twist the coil, went in about 8 feet and cleaned the toilet paper out. There was no major jam as Miles had informed me. That was another $400 dollars. I would go miles before I would use this plumber....
