Nate K.Brent, son of the late Rex answered the phone promptly, called me back promptly after getting my details and came and left in a flash. Nothing was obviously wrong with my water heater and he gave an explanation of how it worked and answered a couple questions I had. This man deserves your business even if he didn't ""fix"" my problem as there was only a slight adjustment needed. Not your typical plumber in a very good way.
