I didn't review Phil the last time he troubleshoot and fixed my toilet the first time(nearly a year ago) but I had to share my 2nd experience just a day ago. After messaging him early in the morning, Phil messaged me back promptly and made himself available later that same day. The SAME DAY. I've never had a visit the same day without being charged emergency visit rates, but I would gladly pay it for Phil's services. Not only did he replace my 10 year old garbage disposal quickly, but he left everything spotless, but the only evidence that he was even there was the shiny new garbage disposal that he brought PRIOR to even showing up. Phil is a consumate professional and a delightful person to boot. If you're in the area and need a good plumber, you should definitely give him a chance to earn your business.

Lost my keys down the toilet and a couple weeks later both my toilets backed up. I called Phillip, he picked up, was attentive, was able to come out within 45 minutes, took a few minutes to identify where the problem was and was able to fix the issue in less than hour. So he was quick, courteous, pretty clear in what all was needed to fix the issue, and the prices were reasonable. Would use this service again if needed.

Great! Phil is a really professional and easy to talk to guy! His service was perfect. We had a broken hot water heater. We got his name from a satisfied neighbor and he responded quickly, solved a technical issue with our warranty, and was able to source, pick up and install said water heater on the same day. Pretty amazing! While he was here we had him do a few other small things we had neglected. Great guy, great service, fair price. We highly recommend!
