Needed to replace the shower head and valve in my shower. Found Revilla's on Thumbtack. When they contacted me they came by right away looked at the shower and said they would need to order the whole valve, not just the cartridge due to the brand and style of the shower valve. They said they would need to order the part and would be back in a couple of days to put it in. They said they would contact me with appointment when the part came in

Two days later I received a text message saying the appointment was scheduled for Monday from 8-12. At 12,since I had not heard from anyone, I called and they had no idea I had an appointment. They didn't even have the part and blamed the parts store for the mix up and said it would be another couple of days. I had to resend pictures of the part that was already "ordered" so they could order it again.

None of this would have been a problem had Revilla's just communicated what was going on.

I had to eventually go with another plumber who was able to replace just the cartridge (which was much cheaper than what Revilla's said I needed) from a part he got at Lowe's within an hour of me calling their company. No special ordering was needed.

Not doing business with this company again

This guy promised he'd be out between one and 2 o'clock I waited two hours for him in the hot sun never showed never call I would not recommend him at all. I am a 62 yr old senior with a heart condition and can't believe there are men out there that would just not care about people. May God take care of people like this.

Our garbage disposal was acting up and one day it just didn't turn on anymore. Simultaneously, the dishwasher was effected and we had water build up inside the dishwasher that smelled terrible. One call to Revilla's Plumbing and they were there the very next day and worked around our schedule. They provided trustworthy plumbers and everything was fixed in a matter of an hour including attainment and replacement of the part that was needed. Our drains were severely backed up in both our tub and sinks. I called Revilla's PC and they were quick, fast, accurate, and had us operate in no time! Their prices are great! Their service is excellent. I have never experienced a company that takes time to also answer any questions, and as a huge extra, they clean up after themselves. Follow up to the Revilla plumbing job. I have filed a complaint with the State. I have submitted invoices pictures and text that I received from Timothy Revilla. I am requesting all my money returned to me. He was questioned by the lead inspector and lied that he was going to be pulling the permits that day, but he never did. That was several months ago. I hope this investigation will reveal the thief that he is!

Will keep ya'll informed of the outcome.
