This company was what my HW used I was not able to research myself. First visit was ok. When it came to repairs a series of events and poor communication. The female worker Ann who called to update me on time changes was very polite and every time spoke with her she remained so. The "owner" did not handle my frustration properly and called me dramatic. The males unfortunately did the most common thing of being rude and condescending.I was not going to write a review and asked technician to please let his boss know he should not call someone dramatic and he stated he was not going to be part of that conversation. Ok, then here is my review because I am not calling them again.
Notes for proper customer service:
*NEVER call any customer dramatic, validate their frustration. No water is a big deal.
*Call or text 20-30 minutes from arrival. Even if there is a window scheduled. 90% of companies do that and its a fantastic courtesy.
*the technicians proper response should have been , yes I will forward information, and that's it.Hes not agreeing with me, hes not taking sides, hes being polite. Even if he would have not forward information but don't make the customer feel like its their fault.
Communication skills definitely in order and now reading past reviews its an issue. You can have great skills but if you come off as rude you will not get recommended.

Needed to replace the shower head and valve in my shower. Found Revilla's on Thumbtack. When they contacted me they came by right away looked at the shower and said they would need to order the whole valve, not just the cartridge due to the brand and style of the shower valve. They said they would need to order the part and would be back in a couple of days to put it in. They said they would contact me with appointment when the part came in

Two days later I received a text message saying the appointment was scheduled for Monday from 8-12. At 12,since I had not heard from anyone, I called and they had no idea I had an appointment. They didn't even have the part and blamed the parts store for the mix up and said it would be another couple of days. I had to resend pictures of the part that was already "ordered" so they could order it again.

None of this would have been a problem had Revilla's just communicated what was going on.

I had to eventually go with another plumber who was able to replace just the cartridge (which was much cheaper than what Revilla's said I needed) from a part he got at Lowe's within an hour of me calling their company. No special ordering was needed.

Not doing business with this company again

Fairly new to the area and found them on Yelp. They were very response, honest, and fair. Provided excellent service, used good quality parts, and guaranteed their work for one year. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them!

This guy promised he'd be out between one and 2 o'clock I waited two hours for him in the hot sun never showed never call I would not recommend him at all. I am a 62 yr old senior with a heart condition and can't believe there are men out there that would just not care about people. May God take care of people like this.

We needed a water spicket for the backyard because the house didn't have 1. An agent came out on Saturday midday and we completed the work today. I found them to be professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others. Thank you so much

I have followed Mr. Revilla because of his experience and high quality service. Now as Revilla's Plumbing, their response time and service is even better. I will not use another provider as long as Revilla's Plumbing is around. I recommend and share them with everyone I know who needs the services they provide!!!

Our garbage disposal was acting up and one day it just didn't turn on anymore. Simultaneously, the dishwasher was effected and we had water build up inside the dishwasher that smelled terrible. One call to Revilla's Plumbing and they were there the very next day and worked around our schedule. They provided trustworthy plumbers and everything was fixed in a matter of an hour including attainment and replacement of the part that was needed. They are Cost and time efficient, great customer service, and a family owned company. You won't regret it!!!

Our drains were severely backed up in both our tub and sinks. I called Revilla's PC and they were quick, fast, accurate, and had us operate in no time! Their prices are great! Their service is excellent. I have never experienced a company that takes time to also answer any questions, and as a huge extra, they clean up after themselves. All of their plumbers are well-dressed and groomed.
